MOTLEY CRUE in 1986, who sent “THEATER OF PAIN” dedicated to Razzle to 6th place in the US and jumped up the stairs of success. A valuable Omoto master who can experience the scene is a new excavation.
“February 21, 1986 Stockholm performance” is imbued in this work. It is the thick audience recording. Speaking of “THEATER OF PAIN Tour”, our shop is familiar with press masterpieces such as “THEATER OF ROSEMONT (Zodiac 018)” and “DEFINITIVE SHEFFIELD 1986 (Zodiac 333)”. What is the positional relationship between such a classic and this work? Let’s take a bird’s-eye view of the tour as a whole.

This is the 1985/1986 MOTLEY CRUE. While “THEATER OF ROSEMONT” was the North American leg and “DEFINITIVE SHEFFIELD 1986” was the British leg, the Stockholm performance of this work is the continental European edition of the final tour. It was a concert that was the third performance of “Europe # 2”.
This work, which is a vacuum-packed version of such a show, has a very thick and powerful sound. A powerful core approaches in front of you with zero sense of distance, and turns on furiously with no feeling of squishyness. Along with that, the details are clear and the separate feeling is sufficient. As a matter of fact, there are parts that are slightly overpeaked, so it is hard to say that it is the highest grade, but its power and direct feeling are completely sound board grade.
The vocals are particularly intense. Vince Neil is not only one word of the lyrics, but also the nuances contained therein are clear, and the chorus is equally ear-class. The audience’s chorus is also picked up, but the thick vocals that crush it from above seem to forget the fact that it is an audience recording.
A full show of the “THEATER OF PAIN Tour”, which has long been said to be a barren recording area, is depicted with such an extremely powerful sound. Currently, it has become barren due to the popularity of the above-mentioned press masterpieces, but still many valuable repertoires that cannot be heard on other tours are still delicious. Let’s get things sorted out here.

… and it looks like this. Two songs that cannot be heard in “DEFINITIVE SHEFFIELD 1986” are also points, but more than that, the limited songs only for this tour are delicious. While “THEATER OF PAIN” produced eternal classics such as “Home Sweet Home” and “Smokin’ In The Boys Room”, other songs have not been played much since then. You can enjoy the full show where such precious songs appear one after another with powerful sound.
The “THEATER OF PAIN Tour” is a heaping number of rare songs, but it’s hard to say that the sound source is blessed. It is a new excavation master who can experience the scene with 100% original sound. Because it is an original cassette, it is an ultra-realistic album where the atmosphere of more than 35 years ago blows out from the speakers. Please inhale the fragrance of that era to your heart’s content with this work.
