MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP announced the long-awaited visit to Japan, accompanied by Ronnie Romero, who boasts the strongest singing ability of all time. The latest pro shots that burn the expectations are decided to be released at the same time.
This work is the second release of two consecutive works. This is a multi-camera pro shot of “June 19, 2022 HELLFEST”. Last year, MSG’s first live album “WOLVERHAMPTON 2021 (Shades 1442)”, which welcomed Romero, became a hot topic, and this year, “SPEYER 2022 (Shades 1525)” in collaboration with Robin McAuley was well received. And this week, this work and “GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022 (Shades 1551)” will be released at the same time. This is Michael Schenker in 2021/2022. In 2022, the dates of Macquarie and Romero are mixed, but the two performances “Europe # 2” in June are both Romero. Both of them will be suppressed by pro shots in the sister works released at the same time this week.
This work taken at such a show is exactly “completely official class”. Both of these two pro shots this week are extremely advanced, but in reality there are advantages and disadvantages. Here, let’s introduce by comparison on the premise of “GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022”.

-Here is more amazing than “GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022”!
Both works are two days a day, and both perform at metal festivals that represent Europe. The appearance time is very similar to the daytime, but there are still clear advantages and disadvantages. One is shooting sense. This is the win of this work. Anyway, the camera work is much cooler. Each member is captured from an angle that makes a picture, and the synchronization between the song and switching is also wonderful. It is an image beauty that even has dignity combined with the fineness that is comparable to film shooting. Moreover, the sound is good. Both works are official-class stereo sound boards, but in “GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022”, the mix was a little rough. However, this work is stable from beginning to end, and the sound is also glossy. This work outperforms both video and audio.
Another advantage is the performance itself. This work also seems to be in better condition. As shown in the schedule above, these two performances have been open for more than a month, and the combination with Romero has been more than half a year. In “GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022”, the blank came out to the fullest, but in this work, it has recovered considerably in one day. Michael’s Mistons are much less, and Romero, who was messed up in “Lights Out”, is perfect in this work (although it’s still a bit suspicious in “Sail The Darkness”).

● Coco couldn’t win “GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022”
This work seems to have improved in all aspects, but unfortunately there are few songs “Cry For The Nations”. I’m not sure if it’s due to time control or if I was worried about the result, but this difference is clear. In the first place, it’s a short set, and the song itself is delicious, so this alone will definitely make it to “GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022”.

In terms of the number of songs, it was a step short of my sister’s work “GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022”, but it is a younger sister pro shot that has improved in both shooting and performance. Some people may choose “GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022” just by looking at the song, but to be clear, this work is recommended. And it is also a masterpiece of pear that you will definitely want another one if you experience this work.
Although there are advantages and disadvantages, in the end, both are must-have sisters’ official-class professional shots. The strongest singer: You can enjoy the singing voice of Ronnie Romero, and it is also ideal for raising expectations for performances in Japan. Please fully enjoy the two works together!

本作は、２連作リリースの第二弾。「2022年６月19日HELLFEST」のマルチカメラ・プロショットです。昨年はロメロを迎えたMSGの第一報ライヴアルバム『WOLVERHAMPTON 2021（Shades 1442）』が話題となり、今年はロビン・マッコーリーと組んだ『SPEYER 2022（Shades 1525）』が好評を博しました。そして、今週は本作と『GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022（Shades 1551）』も同時リリース。まずは、彼らの活動概要からそれぞれの位置関係をチェックしてみましょう。

これが2021年／2022年のマイケル・シェンカー。2022年はマッコーリーとロメロの日程が混在しているわけですが、６月の２公演「欧州#2」はどちらもロメロ。今週同時リリースの姉妹作でその両方がプロショットで抑えられるわけです。
そんなショウで撮影された本作は、まさに「完全オフィシャル級」。今週のプロショット２作はどちらも極上級ではあるのですが、実は一長一短がある。ここでは『GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022』を前提に、比較でご紹介してみましょう。

●ココが『GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022』より凄い！
両作は２日間の連日で、共に欧州を代表するメタルフェスへの出演。出演時間も日中と酷似しているわけですが、それでも明らかな優劣があります。１つは撮影センス。これは本作の勝ち。とにかくカメラワークが格段にカッコイイ。メンバー１人ひとりをキチンと画になるアングルで捉えており、曲想とスイッチングのシンクロも見事。フィルム撮影に匹敵するきめ細やかさも相まって気品さえ漂う映像美です。しかも、サウンドまで良い。両作はどちらもオフィシャル級ステレオ・サウンドボードなわけですが、『GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022』ではミックスがやや荒っぽいところがありました。しかし、本作は終始ビシッと安定し、しかも鳴りも艶やか。映像／音声の双方で本作が上回っているのです。
もう１つのアドバンテージは、演奏そのもの。これも本作の方が調子が良いようです。上記スケジュールのように、今回の２公演は１ヶ月以上空いており、ロメロとのコンビネーションに至っては半年以上。『GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022』ではそのブランクが思いっきり出ていましたが、本作では１日でかなり持ち直してきた。マイケルのミストーンが格段に少なくなり、「Lights Out」でしくじっていたロメロも本作ではバッチリです（「Sail The Darkness」ではまだチョット怪しいですが）。

●ココが『GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022』に勝てなかった
すべての面で向上したように思える本作ですが、惜しむらくは１曲「Cry For The Nations」が少ない。持ち時間の関係か、出来に不安があったのかは定かではありませんが、この違いは明らか。そもそもショートセットですし、曲自体が美味しいこともあってこれだけはどうしても『GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022』に軍配が上がってしまいます。

曲数面では姉作『GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022』に一歩及ばなかったものの、撮影／演奏の両面でクオリティ・アップしてきた妹プロショットです。曲目だけで見て『GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2022』を選んでしまう方もいらっしゃるかも知れませんが、ハッキリ言えばお薦めは本作の方。そして、本作を体験したらもう１本欲しくなること間違いナシの傑作でもあるのです。
一長一短がありながら、結局はどっちも必見な姉妹のオフィシャル級プロショット。最強シンガー：ロニー・ロメロの歌声を堪能するも良し、来日公演への期待を掻き立てるにも最適。どうぞ、２作併せてたっぷりとご堪能ください！
