CD化の際には”VOLUME1/2”だったが、今回の”SUPERB PREMIUM”では唯一シリーズ化されていないアルバム『イエロー・サブマリン』からの4曲が追加された『パスト・マスターズ・エクストラ』として前期中期後期の3作品となっている。

『VOLUME TWO』ではシングル「アイ・フィール・ファイン」から「ヘイ・ジュード」まで大きく音楽的変革を遂げた中期を収録。英国では『オールディーズ』のみに収録された「バッド・ボーイ」や、シングルB面曲として見逃せない「イエス・イット・イズ」「アイム・ダウン」「レイン」「ジ・インナー・ライト」等の注目曲も収録されている。
これまでのシリーズ同様に、CD1にはマルチトラック新編集ステレオ・リミックスとしてオリジナル音源からボーカルと楽器を分離し新たに再構成した独自のリミックスが収録されている他、生々しいボーカルをフィーチャーしたネイキッド・ボーカル・トラックを収録。CD2にはオリジナル・アナログ・マスターズとして現行のデジタル・リマスターが施されていない当時のアナログ・マスターに忠実な音源を収録。
さらにバッキング・トラックス・インストゥルメンタルでは、アルバム全曲をボーカル抜きのカラオケ化を収録。最新AI技術による独自のリミックスとなっている。
