マニア必携のＭクローデル・レーベルより、1964年6月17日メルボルンで収録された、テレビ番組「SING FOR SHELL」用に収録された映像を、地元テレビ局チャンネル９のマスターからダイレクト収録した、これ以上ない高画質像の決定盤。映像に関しては、近年になり「CHANNEL 9 MASTER」と謳うものが出回り一部で話題になっていたが、それはオーサリングした人物が勝手に最後に編集者クレジットを被せたりと、流出をさせる前段階でかなり人工的に加工されているものであった。アーティスト解説のテロップが入ったり、ラジオ音声を被せた静止画が合成されるなどしており、TV番組のような仕上がりで纏められてはいたが、映像がクロスフェイド処理のせいで映像切り替わりの前後に欠落が生じており、製作段階の処理のミスか、音声の劣化がみられるものであった。それに対し、本作は、さらにその前段階のマスターを使用して製作されており、もちろんそのような人為的な処理はなされておらず、冒頭のカラーバー(モノクロのため白黒濃淡バー)から漏れなく、まさに完全な形で残されていた映像が収録されている。

音声に関しては前座部分とビートルズの部分と共にオリジナル音声で収録されている。このテレビ収録音声は部分的な収録ながら、全曲収録のラジオ収録音声よりも格段に優れているのは、Mクローデル『THE BIGGEST ATTRACTION IN THE WHOLE WORLD』の収録でも明らかなのだが、本作は映像だけでなく音声に関しても素晴らしい音質で収録されている。またエキストラ・トラックとして、同映像で音声がステレオのバージョンが追加収録されている。高画質流出チャンネル９マスターズ・マスター。音声はオリジナル・モノとステレオの両方を収録。永久保存のがっちりプレス盤。
