The definitive board for the Philadelphia performance on September 2, 1964!
It is a live that has been released in the past, and is a sound source that is generally familiar from the analog era with “In Concert at Whiskey Flat”.
In recent years, the earliest extremely rare analog LP “ALIVE AT LAST” (WALRUS RECORDS) has been regarded as the best, and the CD title “ALIVE AT LAST PLUS” [Rough Kut Trax / AAL-9264] based on it is appropriate. It has been regarded as the best title due to careful mastering with careful noise processing. In addition, there were other titles that claimed to be made into a CD from tape, but the actual content seems to be based on the sound source of the purple tick label of the net title (probably analog raising + noise reduction), and it is analog. It was far from the LP “ALIVE AT LAST” material.

This time, the familiar Krw_co’s Reel to Reel (open reel) has a description of Reel to Reel via Joe Pope.
After playing this Krw_co sound source, the 7th song “Roll Over Beethoven” (around 2:19 CD time on the main board), the analog LP is just a replacement position, although there is a cut between songs at almost the same position, the waveform and spectrum display As long as I confirm that it is an LP sound source, it seems that this time it really seems to be a transcription. Therefore, it seems that this version is the first CD based on the tape.
The sound quality is almost the same as the analog LP “ALIVE AT LAST”, and the recording length is also almost the same, so there is nothing special to mention (strictly speaking, the analog LP is a few seconds longer even though the ending is interrupted), but the freshness is also As good as the analog LP “ALIVE AT LAST”, the sound is at least a bit different from the titles that sang the tape sound sources of the past.
Finally, you can enjoy the ideal sound with the tape sound source!

In the first half of this edition, the Krw_co Reel to Reel is remastered, and in the second half, the latest remaster of the analog LP “ALIVE AT LAST” is recorded as a bonus.
Both sound sources have pitch corrections, and the hum noise that drifts slightly from beginning to end is precisely removed.
The pitch correction gradually increased from around “If I Fell”, and what was quite high in “Boys” and “A Hard Day’s Night” was adjusted to a variable and correct speed. In addition, the hum noise has been properly removed, and the quietness between songs is different from the original sound source, making it much easier to hear, which is worth a listen!

The jacket and inner jackets and label images of the analog LP “ALIVE AT LAST” are posted on the jacket and inner, and the material is outstanding.
The CD label is now available as a permanent favorite of picture discs!

LP 「ALIVE AT LAST」(WALRUS RECORDS)から最新リマスターバージョンを収録!

LP「ALIVE AT LAST」(WALRUS RECORDS)がベストとされ、それをもとにしたCDタイトル「ALIVE AT LAST PLUS」 [Rough Kut Trax / AAL-9264]が適切なノイズ処理のなされた丁寧なマスタリングによりベスト・タイトルとされてきました。
