ACCEPT in 1983 when they started full-scale global expansion with the famous board “BALLS TO THE WALL”. A legendary recording that allows you to experience the full show alone is now available.
“October 28, 1983 Stockholm performance” is imbued in this work. It is a superb Odins recording. Speaking of “BALLS TO THE WALL Tour”, the press masterpiece “MONSTERS OF ROCK 1984 (Zodiac 436)” is also a staple at our shop, and “CLEVELAND 1984 FM BROADCAST (Zodiac 569)” will also appear this week. To do. However, both were not full shows alone, as they were set for festival appearances and excerpted along the broadcast frame. On the other hand, this work is a magnificent full set that exceeds 90 minutes. It is a full live album that is perfect for listening.
Also, at that time, there was a replacement drama from Herman Frank to Jorg Fischer. This area is complicated, so let’s start by looking back at the overall picture of our activities.

● 1983
・ February 4-7: West Germany (3 performances)
・ April 2-June 25: Europe # 1 (17 performances)
《July-August Production of “BALLS TO THE WALL”》
<Herman Frank → Jorg Fischer change? 》
・September 7: Performance in Paris
・October 22-December 3: Europe #2a (18 performances) ← Coco
《BALLS TO THE WALL released on December 5》

・December 5-26: Europe #2b (11 performances)
● 1984
・ January 24-29: UK (6 performances)
・ February 5-June 13: North America (71 performances) ← * CLEVELAND 1984
・ August 18-September 8: Europe # 3 (13 performances) ← * MONSTERS OF ROCK 1984
《Production of “METAL HEART” from October to December》

This is the 1983/1984 ACCEPT. The Stockholm performance of this work was the third performance of “Europe # 2”, which had not yet been released, although “BALLS TO THE WALL” was completed. The problem is whether the second guitar of this work is Harman or Jorg. The timing of the replacement of the two is really strange. The album “BALLS TO THE WALL” was produced by Harman, and it is confirmed that the tour in 1984 is a yorg, but “Europe # 2” in the meantime varies depending on the material. Information is complicated, such as “Yorg already in October 1983” and “Still Herman in December”, and even overseas ACCEPT specialized sites have mixed photos of the two people while doing the same show. In this work, we adopt the “Jorg theory” that is reflected in the photo that is said to be the day of the live, but to be precise, it is a place like “it has not been confirmed yet”.

Quiet topic.
For core collectors, this day is also a show known for having excellent recordings. It has been distributed as a legendary 2-disc LP “WHERE MONSTERS DWELL (Epica 288310)” and has become a storyteller sound source that tells the true appearance of the unknown “BALLS TO THE WALL Tour”. This work is also the release of the legendary LP. However, it is not a copy of the already released CD, but the latest transfer that appeared recently. It is a glossy and superb quality board with no needle patches found.
In fact, the direct sound that flows out of this work is terrifying. The core is on and strong, and the details are as sharp as a laser beam. The venue, Johannesov Isstadion (currently Hovet), is an indoor hockey venue, equivalent to Nippon Budokan in Japan. However, in this work, even if you listen carefully with headphones, you can’t feel the hall noise, and it sounds like an outdoor festival with zero echoes. It’s a super vivid sound board quality that makes you wonder, “Was the ceiling of the venue blown away only on this day?”
A full show of the “BALLS TO THE WALL Tour”, which is full of rare songs, is drawn with such a soundboard barefoot legendary LP sound. The two major press albums “CLEVELAND 1984 FM BROADCAST” and “MONSTERS OF ROCK 1984” have different songs, but here we will organize the set on the assumption that you have both works together. prize.

● Balls to the Wall (7 songs)
・Love Child/Turn Me On/London Leatherboys/Losers And Winners/Balls To The Wall/Guardian Of The Night(★★)/Fight It Back
● Others (10 songs)
・Senjo no Okite: Breaker (★)/Son Of A Bitch/Starlight (★★)/Midnight Highway (★★)/Burning (★)
・Restless and Wild: Fast As A Shark / Restless & Wild / Princess Of The Dawn / Neon Nights / Flash Rockin’ Man
* Note: “★” marks are songs that are not included in either “CLEVELAND 1984” or “MONSTERS OF ROCK 1984”. In particular, the “★★” marks are songs that cannot be heard even if the official version “STAYING A LIFE” is added.

… and it looks like this. The early repertoire that is no longer played on the “METAL HEART Tour” is thick and hot. In particular, the three songs “Guardian Of The Night”, “Fight It Back” and “Midnight Highway” are limited songs only in the 80’s that have not been played not only in “STAYING A LIFE” but also after reunion. And even in the overall balance, the fierce rush of the “BALLS TO THE WALL” song is a masterpiece. It is no exaggeration to say that 7 songs out of 10 songs on the album are “live version BALLS TO THE WALL”.
A true full set of “BALLS TO THE WALL Tour” that could not be experienced in “STAYING A LIFE” or the press masterpieces “MONSTERS OF ROCK 1984” and “CLEVELAND 1984 FM BROADCAST”. A legendary live album where you can enjoy a solo performance full of rare songs with the superb sound of bare feet on the sound board. Please fully enjoy this work of the latest transfer!

★ The best Odins recording of “October 28, 1983 in Stockholm”. It is a branded product that has been digitized precisely from the legendary LP bootleg “WHERE MONSTERS DWELL”, and it is the latest transfer board with glossy quality that you can not find a single needle patch. The sound is furiously direct, the core is on and powerful, and the soundboard-class quality that you can not feel the hall noise even if you listen carefully with headphones. You can experience the true full set of “BALLS TO THE WALL Tour” full of rare songs such as “Guardian Of The Night”, “Fight It Back”, “Midnight Highway”, etc.

“BALLS TO THE WALL Tour”と言えば、当店ではプレス名盤『MONSTERS OF ROCK 1984(Zodiac 436)』も大定番となっておりますし、今週は『CLEVELAND 1984 FM BROADCAST(Zodiac 569)』も登場します。

伝説的な2枚組LP『WHERE MONSTERS DWELL(Epica 288310)』として流通し、知られざる“BALLS TO THE WALL Tour”の真の姿を語り継ぐ語り部音源となってきました。

Love Child/Turn Me On/London Leatherboys/Losers And Winners/Balls To The Wall/Guardian Of The Night(★★)/Fight It Back
Breaker(★)/Son Of A Bitch/Starlight(★★)/Midnight Highway(★★)/Burning(★)
Fast As A Shark/Restless & Wild/Princess Of The Dawn/Neon Nights/Flash Rockin’ Man

特に「Guardian Of The Night」「Fight It Back」「Midnight Highway」の3曲は『STAYING A LIFE』だけでなく、再結成後にも演奏されていない80年代だけの限定曲です。
『STAYING A LIFE』でもプレス名盤『MONSTERS OF ROCK 1984』『CLEVELAND 1984 FM BROADCAST』でも味わえなかった“BALLS TO THE WALL Tour”真のフルセット。

「Guardian Of The Night」「Fight It Back」「Midnight Highway」等々など、レア曲も山盛りな“BALLS TO THE WALL Tour”真のフルセットを極上体験できます。
