2015年日本ツアーより、東京３Daysの最終日3月13日のオーチャードホール公演を録音者提供によるオリジナル・マスターより、超高音質オーディエンス録音で完全収録。3月5日のCS&N公演に飛び入りをして驚かせたジャクソン・ブラウンですが、東京３公演のうちこの最終日は早々とチケットが完売し、当日券も発売されなかったようにファンの期待の大きかった公演だと思います。今回の会場はロックのライブとしては珍しいクラシック専用のオーチャードホールなのですが、今回のジャクソン・ブラウンにはマッチした会場だったのではないでしょうか。

今回のライブは２部構成で行われており、１部は前半は淡々と、その中にも訴えかける歌い方にオーディーエンスも引き込まれていくといった、どことなく緊張した空間だったことがわかります。オーディーエンスもそんな雰囲気に徐々に慣れてきたのか、中盤からは次第にリクエストも出るようになり、「Redneck Friend」「Walls And Doors」の２曲がリクエストとして演奏されました。

15分間の休憩を挟み、２部では「Jamaica Say You Will」「Late For The Sky」がリクエストとして歌われています。また、「Standing In The Breach」ではキーを間違えたのか、やり直すという珍しい場面も見られました。今回の公演は新作から昔のナンバーまで幅広く演奏され多くの皆さんに楽しんでもらえることは間違いありません。内容の素晴らしさは言うまでもないですが、とにかく音が良いので、全てのファンの方にご満足いただける優れた３枚組ライヴ盤です。本来ならプレスCDでのリリースが相応しい名録音音源を是非、この機会にお楽しみ下さい。
