SADE masterpiece soundboard album “PROMISE IN TOKYO” which caused the whirlwind with release and became sold out immediately. We respond to recurring requests that will never end, second press is arriving.
The appearance of this work was exactly a shock. Its contents are ultra · super stereo sound board album which was officially recorded at “Nakano Sanguraza performances on May 11, 1986” of the second visit to Japan. This day was recorded as a professional for broadcasting, but in recent years a master cassette that was dubbed directly from Omoto Open Reel was discovered. It is a digitized treasure from there.
Its wonderfulness is exhausted as “superb sound”. The sound that came out of the master cassette 30 years ago is so beautiful as to forget to breathe. Just saying “Official recording soundboard” played with expectation of perfect mixes and super high sound quality, but even that prediction was far beyond that. I often use the word “official grade”, but of course the world of the official board is also incredible, there are name sounds famous in the world and mediocre sounds. Even if you say on that standard, this work is a masterpiece sound without a multiplier value. It is a bit scary to declare, but let’s say clearly. Sound better than that masterpiece “PROMISE” that everyone loved ……
Of course, I’m not a hairy head to put a stingy on my contemporary studio work. However, the sound of this work is so beautiful. Suddenly Audu’s singing voice, of course, glittering fretless sounds, delicate synth depths, delicate percussion sounds … all of them deeply and precisely. Is it possible to record this kind of sound in the analog era, and can you play it on CD? It is a sound of the dimension which doubts sound and recording technology any longer. Moreover, it is said that it will be realized at the scene such as Nakano Sanguraza ‘s concert. For many years, I have delivered countless bands / artists’ works as many as the stars, but there was no high-quality music board so far.
Even the things that are easy to say “amazing” are drawn with the sound that is borrowed, the world of “DIAMOND LIFE” “PROMISE” that has swept the times. In the first visit to Japan in September 1984 it was a showcase gig for about 45 minutes, as it was more than a month since debut of “DIAMOND LIFE”. However, this re-arrival ceremony has been half a year since the release of the second “PROMISE”, and it is a world-class star that will not be pressed. It makes me full of that full show. Indeed, the show is composed of five songs of “DIAMOND LIFE” + “PROMISE” 6 songs and the balance of William Devon’s cover “Be Thankful for What You Got”, which is a composition that solidifies “DIAMOND LIFE” in the first half and “PROMISE” in the second half. In one stage two famous world worlds flow like a stream of a river.
The performance of spinning the world also does not stagnate. Even though it makes me realize the skill that I was able to specialize skillfully, expressiveness is wonderful than anything else. This work is not merely a sound board, but clapping of the audience seats and cheers are carefully mixed, but as the venue is getting quiet with Shin and forgotten that it is a live album until it gets boiled among songs. When I visit Japan for the first time, Sade is also surprised at the unique mood in Japan, but it does not work at all in this second work. Feel the concentration power of the audience in the silence like drinking that breath, pour the power of concentration of the performer into one voice, one sound. While listening to it, you can relax and listen calmly, but with a tense feeling of strained tension. A mood that seems to be broken if you touch it. This is the unique world unique to this work, unlike Japan, if it is a live performance.

What kind of words should I spell in front of this only sound world? “Beauty sound” “arts” “cultural heritage” …… I feel frustrating that I can not reach any word. Awesome sounds and performances that overwhelm the spirit. While being enveloped in the happiness of the sound, it was a live album that despaired despair of inconvenience to replace music with words, poor pen pressure. I will devote the words I have avoided only by the meaning and the guts to this work. “One unspeakable one”. The world that only music can convey and express, and the polar of emotion. The sound which drew the utopia is appearing again with the second press. Do not miss this opportunity by those who missed experiencing for the first time.

★ Among all the titles that our shop has released, with the best sound quality? It is a super high quality sound that makes you realize the amazingness of open reel for broadcasting, it is really stunned.

★ In the second track intro, “I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m late for the performance and I will not do such a thing again. I will promise you I will never do it again.” The place to enter the song as is is amazing.
