『Tatto You』が発売された直後にｽﾀｰﾄしたのが81年USﾂｱｰなのは皆さんご存じだと思います｡さて今回ご紹介するのはその『Tatto You』からのｼﾝｸﾞﾙﾋｯﾄ2曲のUSﾌﾟﾛﾓｵﾝﾘｰSTEREO/MONO盤のご紹介です｡まずは『Start Me Up 』のSTEREO/MONOﾊﾞｰｼﾞｮﾝです｡ﾛﾊﾞｰﾄ･ﾗﾄﾞｳｨｸによるｶｯﾃｨﾝｸﾞが冴えまくりのSTEREOﾊﾞｰｼﾞｮﾝ､これは聞いていただくしかありません｡音の鮮度､左右の分離･･･すべてがさすがRLｶｯﾄ！と唸りたくなる音質です｡次のMONOﾊﾞｰｼﾞｮﾝもMONOで聞く『Start Me Up 』もｱﾘの音質に仕上がっています､ただしRL刻印はありません｡さて次に控えてるのが『Waiting On A Friend』STEREO/MONOﾊﾞｰｼﾞｮﾝです｡このSTEREOｴﾃﾞｨｯﾄﾊﾞｰｼﾞｮﾝはこのﾌﾟﾛﾓ盤と日本盤7ｲﾝﾁでしか聞けなかったのは有名な事実なのですが､ここでしか聞けないMONOﾊﾞｰｼﾞｮﾝこそこのﾌﾟﾚｾﾞﾝﾄｱｲﾃﾑの大ﾎﾟｲﾝﾄなのです｡通常US盤のﾌﾟﾛﾓｵﾝﾘｰSTEREO/MONOｼﾝｸﾞﾙのMONOｻｲﾄﾞは比較的にSTEREOｻｲﾄﾞよりやや手抜き感があるｶｯﾃｲﾝｸﾞがされている傾向があるのですが､このMONOﾊﾞｰｼﾞｮﾝはA面と同じくﾛﾊﾞｰﾄ･ﾗﾄﾞｳｨｸによる正真正銘のRL刻印入りのRL盤なのです｡響きまくる低音､透明感溢れるｿﾆｰ･ﾛﾘﾝｽﾞのﾃﾅｰ､それがMONOで！！！どれをとってもSTEREOｻｲﾄﾞを超えていると言っても過言ではない『音』と言えるのでは｡この入手困難のUSﾌﾟﾛﾓ盤を今回のﾌﾟﾚｾﾞﾝｱｲﾃﾑでお楽しみください！
