The two releases of Odys recording male “LIVE IN OAKLAND 1969” in the American Tour sound source of Stones in 1969 and “GET YER YA-YA’S OUT! COMPLETE EDITION” which should be called male of the sound board are both beginner’s maniacs It is an evergreen title that can be enjoyed up to now, and it has become a popular item that is repeated so that it can be repeated. A third new title will appear this week in these two best-selling peaks, but this time it is a killer live album composed of the sound board sound source of the 69 year tour this time!
Even with the same soundboard album, “GET YER YA-YA’S OUT! COMPLETE EDITION” aimed at the full version of the day’s stage based on the format of the live album of the same name. That is, some songs have been overdubbed, including Mick and Keith’s vocals, and the mix is well-crafted. In that regard, it was a different concept from real live documents. So, this is “1969”, but the big point is not only that the whole movie is composed of sound board recording, but also that it is organized only with a real live take without overdubbing.

The 69’s American Tour produced not only “GET YER YA-YA’S OUT!” (Hereinafter referred to as “GYYYO”), but also a by-product called the movie “GIMMIE SHELTER”. There is a big merit that this sound is a movie and is not overdubbed, and the same take as “GYYYO” is heard in a more natural state. From there, there is a difference between the video version and the DVD version even in the movie sound, and there is also a rare sound source called rough mix of movie sound excavated in the famous album “A SHOT OF SALVATION”.
So, this time with these sound sources as the main, the whole was combined by combining the takes released with “GYYYO” deluxe released 10 years ago (“GET YER YA-YA’S OUT! COMPLETE EDITION” and another performance) It is summarized as a sound board album of pure live take, and the quality that has nothing comparable with the official. In addition, the sound of the movie is more attractive than the “GYYYO” in that the overall bass is plump (= warmy).
At the time of the release, it is not only just putting together the sound source, but adjusting each thoroughly. Therefore, the degree of completion as a soundboard album is also extremely high, and this time also guarantees a finish that can be enjoyed with confidence from beginners to mania.
And let’s say “Stray Cat Blues” built in between these sound sources is a forgotten rare sound source. At the time of the 2002 remastering of “GYYYO”, only the German Press has been released in a subtle short version, in which the two bars from entering the drum to entering the song in the intro of the same song are missing is. Naturally, this is a kind of error mix or error mastering, and it may not be the one I call an edit version. But now it must be a rare sound source, and there are not a few people heard for the first time in this release. After all, it’s a happening item over 15 years ago (it’s a take where Mick’s vocals are overdubbed).

Unfortunately, “Sympathy for the Devil” was not completely recorded in the movie, so instead of this live performance, we adopted “Gimme Shelter” from the rough mix for the movie, where the live performance on the tour itself was valuable.
And “Sympathy for ~” is recorded on the bonus track. This part is put together on the sound board of the full-length mono recording, but the first “Jumping Jack Flash” is performed only four times in the UK from the end of the US tour (from Hyde Park) Audio of video taken for news. Mick’s irresistibleness here is so spectacular that she sings from the beginning with a no-broadcast term. This is also a familiar take on mania, but in recent years it has also been a forgotten sound source.
Furthermore, the rare mono sound source related to “GIMMIE SHELTER” from the movie is pinched, and the sound board recording of the Detroit performance was finally stored. The sound of video that is said to have been taken by a local television station, and the sound quality with a vintage feel, but the soundboard that is completely receptive, responds well. It is also a minor sound source that has never been heard in a live compilation, so it would be a perfect sound source for closing this sound board album.
You can hear “Sympathy for the Devil” here, but Mick Taylor’s lead guitar is great there! If this and “GET YER YA-YA’S OUT! COMPLETE EDITION” are put together, the sound board of the 1969 US tour is already perfect. It is the emergence of the third mast item.

これと「GET YER YA-YA’S OUT!
