Ritchie Blackmore in 1995 made his final visit to Japan as a hard rock guitarist. The legendary recording that allows you to experience the scene in the best possible way is decided to be permanently preserved. The performance of “November 17, 1995: Nagoya Century Hall” is engraved in this work. It is the transcendental audience recording. Ritchie at that time was the RAINBOW reconstruction era when Doogie White was selected. DEEP PURPLE The archipelago was shaken by a series of great enthusiasm that dispelled the stigma of the end. At our shop, we archive such a monument tour with many masterpieces. It’s also a good time to organize your collection on a schedule.
Too Late For Tears/Hunting Humans (Insatiable)/Wolf To The Moon/Still I’m Sad/Black Masquerade/Ariel/Hall Of The Mountain King
Smoke On The Water
Man On The Silver Mountain
Maybe Next Time/Street Of Dreams/Spotlight Kid/Stone Cold
Greensleeves/Waltzing Matilda
「入れ替え曲」の中でも「Man On The Silver Mountain」「Maybe Next Time」「Street Of Dreams」は1公演だけ抜けた程度ですが、他は結構日替わり。

The main press 2CD is a new masterpiece with the legendary masterpiece recording greatly upgraded by Omoto DAT. It is a big decision board that should be called “the last MADE IN JAPAN”. Originally it is a masterpiece that does not require bonuses, but if there is no scene, the image of the live album will be completely different. Therefore, we have also prepared a masterpiece video that conveys the 1995 performance in Japan. This work was filmed at the “November 22, 1995: Yokohama Cultural Gymnasium” performance. This is the show that is the last 2 performances of the Japan Tour, which covers all 9 performances. The biggest point of this work is the spectacular view that represents the arrival in Japan in 1995. The audience shot was taken from the second floor on the left side of the stage, but the view is outstanding. Passing over the audience in the arena seats and looking directly at the stage, there is no shadow in the front row. Ritchie’s brave figure is still with zero obstruction! And spreads to fill the screen. Moreover, the sense of stability is also wonderful. It seems that he doesn’t use a tripod, but he doesn’t remove Ritchie, who decides the action violently (more than ever) with minimal camera shake, from the center of the screen. If the angle and stability are perfect, the remaining points are image quality and sound quality. This is great again. Of course, since it was taken about 20 years ago, it cannot be compared with the image quality of recent digital equipment glare, but the master freshness is amazing. Far from being distorted or twisted, there are no dubbing marks, and the coloring is extremely vivid. You can fully enjoy the visual beauty of the original master itself. The sound is also a wonderful audience sound, and the clearness of zero obstruction is as vivid as the scene. BLACK MORE’S HARD ROCK drawn with that quality. The highlight from the opening is the new song “Too Late For Tears” instead of the familiar “Spotlight Kid” … which is guided by “Over The Rainbow”! Most of the Japan tour started with “Spotlight Kid”, but maybe Ritchie tried to change his mood, only the last 2 performances were “Too Late For Tears”. Moreover, this suits the opening again. Of course, “Spotlight Kid” is the strongest opening number, but the start with the new song has a more vivid image of the “Doggy era”. Even more surprising is “Smoke On The Water” in the 4th song. A song that was performed in 6 out of 9 performances, and attracted attention at every venue as “Do you want to do it today or not?” Of course, it will be performed in the early stages while all the spectators do not doubt that it is an encore even if they do it. Not only does it get excited all at once, but the anticipation is completely lost, and the expectations of “what are you going to do next !?” are rising for each song. Ritchie’s technique of grasping the human mind is wonderful. The appearance of Ritchie is also a sight to see. Perhaps because he withdrew from DEEP PURPLE just before coming to Japan in 1993, it was a devilish performance at the beginning of the Japan tour, but here there was a feeling of relief that the schedule was repeated, and the mood was relaxed. If Doogie White misses a song, he can afford to make fun of it. Furthermore, costumes are also rare. It looks like a black T-shirt, but it looks like a merchandiser trainer with the sleeves cut off, and it’s lightly dressed. What’s more, the cuts on the sleeves are different on the left and right, and with the gesture of raising the right hand at the highest, there is even a bonus that you can see even the armpit hair (it doesn’t matter). I don’t think it’s because of the light clothing, but the action was very busy on this day. In “Hall Of The Mountain King,” Ritchie rubs his guitar against the lighting set and even shows off a performance that makes him expect “No way a guitar crash !?”.
After that, I came to Japan twice at BLACKMORE’S NIGHT, and from 2016 to 2019, I made a comeback at RAINBOW. However, 1995 was the last time he pursued hard rock full-time as his main business and even achieved it until he came to Japan. The main press 2CD is a live album where you can enjoy such a memorial show with superb sound, and this work is a video work that can be watched from the special seats. Please fully enjoy the brilliance of hard rock and richie, together with the two works.
ではなく新曲「Too Late For Tears」!
更に驚くのは、4曲目での「Smoke On The Water」。
