* NORTH SEA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2011

Headless, the highest jazz collector’s label, has reissued the precious titles of handmade labels for collectors, which were distributed only in a small part, from the official master who took over. Hawk is here. Rare titles are re-appearing at an affordable price with a reissue emblem and a newly refurbished back jacket.
It is a live sound source of Return to Forever with Jean-Luc Ponty, who is popular in the fusion and prog rock world, on the violin. Two jazz festivals of 2011 are recorded by coupling, North Sea is recorded on the sound board, and Landes Jazz Festival is recorded by the audience. All of them have super high sound quality, and the audience sound source is not defeated. In addition, this item was mainly the disc 1 recorded on the sound board in the original “Headless Hawk” board, and the disc 2 was taken to make up for the lacking track (the latter half of the live) of the sound board sound source. With this recurrence, the first half of the Landes Jazz Festival, which had been removed in the original version, has been additionally recorded and revised into a three-disc set. This is a reissue series at a reasonable price, and the volume up to the three-disc set is re-appearing at an affordable price.

ヴァイオリンにフュージョンやプログレ界で人気のジャン・リュック・ポンティを配したリターン・トゥ・フォーエヴァーのライヴ音源です。2011年の二つのジャズ・フェスティヴァルをカップリング収録しており、ノース・シーがサウンドボード収録、ランデス・ジャズ・フェスティヴァルはオーディエンス収録となっております。いずれも超高音質で、オーディエンス音源の方も負けてません。尚、このアイテムはオリジナルの“ヘッドレスホーク”盤ではサウンドボード収録のディスク1をメインとして、ディスク2はサウンドボード音源の不足トラック（ライヴ後半部分）を補う形がとられていました。今回の再発にあたり、オリジナル版では削られていたランデス・ジャズ・フェスの前半部分も追加収録し三枚組に改定されています。これは良心的価格にての再発シリーズならでは、三枚組へとヴォリューム・アップもお求めやすい価格で再登場です。
