In 1976, from the second Japan tour accompanying the “Opera Night”, Sendai recorded the Miyagi Prefecture Sports Center Performance with a high-quality audience recording on April 2, the second half of the tour. Freddie’s condition is also good, and the band can listen to a wonderful performance with a spirit. It is the second half of the Japanese tour that was carried out on the hard schedule, two times during the day and night on Osaka’s day and immediately after the Budokan 2 Days, but I refreshed myself in Sendai for the first time in Sendai Or, Freddie and the band can listen to a fulfilling live. Although it is a widely circulating sound source among traders, overall, the hiss noise is alleviated, the sound balance is adjusted, and the pitch is also arranged. Freddie will MC as “It’s really nice to be here … SENSDAI!” After the familiar “Okre Battle” after familiar “Konbanwa, Ikagadesuka”. Also, in front of White Queen, Freddie will show off the MC in Japanese called “I am very happy to come to Sendai” and boost the audience. Brighton Rock is a recording from the middle, and “Sakura Sakura” pops out at the subsequent guitar solo. Father To Son, the earliest masterpiece that will not be played after this, is the best listening place. Although there is a cut in the latter half of Now I ‘m Here, it is caught with a reasonable and stable sound quality as a whole, and it is not an exaggeration to say that it is one of the indispensable sound sources, not necessarily a hard mania though. Although it is not recommended for beginners, it is a good quality sound that you want to add to the collection by all means to the collector of intermediate level or higher.

★ It is a review summary of beatleg magazine vol.69 (April 2006 issue). For your information.

The fact that rock culture has penetrated into the place called Sendai from long ago comes from the degree of fulfillment of live houses and used record shops, but also that Queen is visiting as early as the second visit to Japan That is what I can tell. Initially, this Miyagi prefecture sports center performance was planned to be the final show to Japan in 1976, but all the results ceased to be due to the Japan Auditorium performance which was incorporated into the tour all day by handling the same day tickets. In this year’s performance in Japan, the women’s occupation rate was the highest among the six visits to Japan (probably from 80% to 90% was a woman), and the yellow cheers remained constant, but this source was fortunately , There seemed to be few women shrieking around the recording machine, which is a seat recording which can be enjoyed relatively relieved. It is a sound source that has been circulating among traders for a long time, but by mastering, it is finished in a texture that the outline is added to the sound somewhat. Anyway, as this Japanese performance was female alone and the audience seats were buried, as a result, a posture wrapped in the performance appeared as if playing a cuff for the first time in the popular meaning of Meeha, which was not as bad as the previous year, In the sound source of recording, it may not be transmitted to such nuances quite easily. However, just saying the first and last Sendai show, is it enough for those who love Queen?

Ogre Battleの後のおなじみ「コンバンワ、イカガデスカ」の後にフレディが「It’s really nice to be here…SENSDAI!」 Now I’m Hereの後半でカットがあるものの、全体的には安定したまずまずの音質で捉えられており、ハード・マニアならずとも必携の音源のひとつと言っても過言ではないでしょう。
