本作は、そのSIGN OF THE TIMESツアーより、1987年6月17日、パリ4連続公演の最終日をサウンドボードで収録している。セットリストはニューアルバム「SIGN OF THE TIMES」収録曲をメインに据えつつ、過去のヒット曲を配するこの時点でのベスト選曲かつ現役感あふれるものとなっている。ボーナストラックでは同ツアーより6月22日オランダ公演より2曲を収録している。欧州において短期しか行われなかったSIGN OF THE TIMESツアーの代表的な音源と言えるだろう。美しいピクチャー・ディスク仕様の永久保存がっちりプレス盤。
