1994年「The Division Bell」に伴う北米ツアーより、2日連続で行われたクリーブランド・ミュニシパル・スタジアム公演を最高レベルのオーディエンス録音で2時間23分に渡って収録。ＵＳツアー音源でもトップクラスの最高音質で録音されており、海外のフロイドの音源評価サイトでも「5.5」のオーディエンス録音における最高レベルの評価を受けている名録音です。パンチ抜群のクリアーなサウンドで収録されており、とくに冒頭数曲はベースのラウドな立ちっぷりが凄く、ゆえにインパクトある独特の音像になっています。ベースがやかまし過ぎるということはなく、非常に力強く出力されている感じであり、勿論、ギターソロを始めとする高域のリード楽器やボーカルも存在感あるベースノートに邪魔されることなく、しっかりとダイレクトに鳴っているので、全体を通して、迫力あるサウンドを堪能することができます。ＰＡからのベースの出力が次第に抑えられていったのか、Sorrowでは通常のサウンドバランスで聴けます。この音源は前半に欠点があり、Take It Backが2分8秒程でフェイドアウトし、A Great Day For Freedomがフェイドインでスタート、更にKeep Talkingもフェイドインで収録されているという問題があります（原音に起因するノイズは除去してあります。）。しかしながら、これだけ優れたサウンドで聴ける、1994年クリーブランド公演音源は、やはり間違いなくコレクター必携です。凄いのはShine On You Crazy Diamondからスタートするショウ第二部で、第1部エンドのOne Of These Daysとはまた違った、これ以上ないようなウルトラクリアーな超高音質で収録されており、高音質揃いの1994年音源の中でも間違いなく、完全別格のサウンドをたっぷりと楽しむことができます。ギターやシンセのリード楽器の音も素晴らしいですが、何といっても硬質なドラムサウンドが最高で、ぜひ、店頭で試聴して頂きたい必聴テイクになっています。Breathe～Timeと続く辺りも、オーディエンス録音の最高峰のサウンドで収録されており、間違いなくファン必聴です。ショウ後半と捉えたディスク2の70分も、とにかくこれまで聴いたことないほどに音質が素晴らしく、ファンは至福の時を堪能することができます。オーディエンス録音でのHigh Hopesは本作が最高でしょう。まさにパーフェクトな音像、そして演奏。アコースティックソングも非常にダイレクトでクリアーな音で録音されていますが、この音で聴けるMoney、Another Brick In The Wall、Comfortably Numb、Run Like Hellといったナンバーは想像を絶する程のサウンドです。この2年後に取り壊されてしまったミュニシパル・スタジアムでの公演を最高音質で楽しめる1枚です。このディスク2の音でショウ前半も100%安定して録れていたら、間違いなく本録音版はDIVISION BELL TOURの最高音質盤となっていたことでしょう。ショウ後半を中心に、全ての条件が良い方向に向いてくれたとしか思えない真にミラクルなサウンドを体感できるベスト・オブ・ベストな1枚。絶対に入手する価値のあるハイエスト・グレード音源がライブCD初登場です。
