An extended version of “Tripping The Live Fantastic”! Some live B-sides have been added to the end of CD1 and 2, and CD3 contains live recordings from 1985 to 1990. Knebworth contains 4 songs in contrast to the CD, which contains only 2 songs! “BIRTHDAY”, which is included in 4 versions, is included in a very rare and valuable sampler. It’s a work that you often collect so far! A very satisfying 3-disc set! Of course, all tracks use ultra-high sound quality sound board sound source, so anyone can recommend it. CD 1
● Track 1-19 & CD 2, 1-18 –Tripping the Life Fantastic, a live album of 2 or 3 discs, recording Paul McCartney’s return to the live tour. You can check which song was recorded when and where on the Wikipedia page, so I will omit it here.
● Track 20 –Good Day Sunshine –December 9, 1989 Live take in Montreal. Released on “Birthday” 7 “& 12” single & 5 “CD-single.
● Track 21 –C Moon –Sound check at Palatlussardi in Milan, Italy on October 26, 1989. Included in the 7-inch & 12-inch & CD singles of “All My Trials”.
● Track 22 –All My Trials –The next day, October 27, 1989, Milan performance.

CD 2
● Track 19 –Let’Em In –March 5, 1990 Tokyo performance. Released as a 12 “single & 5” CD single for “Birthday”.
● Track –Mull of Kintyre –June 23, 1990 Glasgow performance in Scotland. Released in several versions of the “All My Trials” single.

CD 3
● Track 1 –Let It Be –July 13, 1985 Live recording of “Live Aid”. There was a problem with the vocal mic, so Paul fixed it in the studio the next day.
● Track 2 ―― 4 ―― June 20, 1986 Prince Trust 10th Anniversary Birthday Party.
● Track 5 ―― 6 ―― On November 19, 1987, Paul recorded “Jet” and “Listen to What the Man Said” at the BBC Television Theater in Shepherd’s Bush, London. This is for the promotion of “All The Best”.
● Track 7 -9 ―― Six weeks later, on November 27, 1987, three songs were recorded for Channel 4’s “The Last Resort with Jonathan Ross” at Iwart Television Studios in London. At this time, Steve Nieve and Playboys accompaniment
● Track 10-11 –On May 22, 1989, Paul and his new band flew to the Netherlands on a private jet to promote a new single. The Van Gogh Museum was specially opened for them. After a few hours of interviews with the Belgian and Dutch media, a 30-minute rehearsal was held at the Concordia Theater in Bussum, followed by a Countdown recording with the general public. However, the song was played back with “My Brave Face” and “How Many People”. Only the jammed “Batman Theme” was a live performance. After spending just eight hours in the Netherlands, fly back to Lid Airport.
● Track 12 –Put It There –Live recording in Gothenburg, Sweden on September 28, 1989. A single version of the single “All My Trials”.
● Track 13 –Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band –Live recording on November 23, 1989 in Los Angeles. This edit was released in 1990 on a promo with a single American open reel.
● Track 14 –P.S. Love Me Do –No good live performance! April 21, 1990 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Released on October 8, 1990 with the European 12 “single & 5” cd single “Birthday”. Appeared only as a cassette single in the United States.
● Track 15-18 –Birthday I.D. Intro –Four versions included in the promo compilation of Various Artists!
● Track 19 –Birthday-“Birthday” single! Live recording at Knebworth.
● Track 20 –23 –Live at the Knebworth Festival on June 30, 1990. The two songs are’Coming Up’and’Hey Jude’ from the live album’Knebworth’. The video version of “Knebworth” contains two songs from the album and a total of four songs, “Birthday” and “Can’t Buy Me Love.”
● Track 24 –Strawberry Fields Forever –Help –Give Peace A Chance –The Lennon Medley was recorded live at Kings Dock Arena in Liverpool on June 28, 1990, and some of the singles “All My Trials”. Released in the version of.
