An upgraded version of the only outtakes “Simple As That” and “Yvonne’s The One” leaked from this session, an unedited rough mix of Good Times Coming / Feel The Sun (really important in the sense that it’s two minutes longer than the release version). ◉ Album commentary
“Press To Play” is Paul McCartney’s album released in 1986. Recorded 8th in the UK and 30th in the US. After John Lennon’s death, Paul has produced albums such as “Tug of War,” “Pipes of Peace,” and “Ya! Broad Street” under Beatles producer George Martin. Hugh Padgham has been appointed as the producer. 10cc Eric Stewart has co-wrote many songs as a songwriting partner. “Strangle Hold,” “Footprints,” “Pretty Little Head,” “Move Over Busker,” “Angry,” “Howaver Absard,” “Light Away,” and “Tough on a Tight Rope” in the songs. Eight songs are co-written with Eric Stewart.

◉アルバム解説
『プレス・トゥ・プレイ』（Press To Play）は、1986年に発表されたポール・マッカートニーのアルバム。全英8位、全米30位を記録。ジョン・レノンの死後、ポールは、『タッグ・オブ・ウォー』『パイプス・オブ・ピース』『ヤァ!ブロード・ストリート』といったアルバムをビートルズのプロデューサー・ジョージ・マーティンの下で制作してきたが、今作ではプロデューサーにはヒュー・パジャムが起用されている。10ccのエリック・スチュワートが、ソングライティングのパートナーとして多くの曲を共作している。収録曲中の「ストラングルホールド」「フットプリンツ」「プリティ・リトル・ヘッド」「ムーブ・オーヴァー・バスカー」「アングリー」「ハウエヴァー・アブサード」「ライト・アウェイ」「タフ・オン・ア・タイトロープ」の8曲はエリック・スチュワートとの共作曲。
