アルバム『Birds Of Fire』リリース時に行われた北米ツアーから、ツアー序盤のBuffalo公演を収録。非常に高音質のサウンドボード音源が使用されている。この音源は、米国のKBFHが録音し、その運営が開始された1973年2月に目玉番組として放送された。これまでに、その放送をエアチェックした音源も流通していたが、今回の音源はmp3の圧縮音源とは言え、エアチェック音源とは比較にならないほどのクオリティである。また、本放送時には最初の15分ほどでカットされていた「Dawn」が、KBFHのマルチトラックテープに残されていた後半部分も収録されることになった。この1973年はオリジナル・ラインアップの最後の年で、年初から年末まで、北米を中心とした世界各国でのツアーを精力的にこなしている。このツアー中の8月には、後に『Between Nothingness & Eternity』としてリリースされるライブアルバムのレコーディングがNew YorkのCentral Parkで行われ、さらに9月には東京、名古屋、京都、大阪、広島での来日公演も実現している。十分なウォームアップもないまま、超ヘヴィーな「Birds Of Fire」から幕を開ける本公演は、彼らの全音源の中でも、筆舌しがたいほどの強力なパワーを秘めている。選曲も良く、先のライブアルバム『Between Nothingness & Eternity』よりも楽しめる内容である。
