First, as a super feature of this box set, two monitor mix sound board masters, which will be the world’s first appearance of the Maryland performance on May 26, 1977, are recorded! It is a sound image that is clearly different from the conventional sound board sound source! You can also expect this. Let’s go to the introduction of the Chicago performance.

The third day of the 1977 US tour in Chicago, which boasts the third largest population in the United States after New York and Los Angeles! Four days of performances at Chicago Stadium on April 6th, 7th, 9th and 10th are recorded with audience recordings! (This Chicago was the first consecutive performance in 1977) It was released from EVSD in the past, but there were few numbers, and it was overwhelmingly popular overseas, so I was glad that it was made into a rare item without being able to see it. Release. It has been upgraded with fewer cuts than the previous one. The binding is also a gorgeous gloss coating box with a belt every time! 9 CDs are stored in three paper jackets. This time is also a must-have item! Limited specification. There are two types of box designs, so please choose the one you like!

On April 6th, firecrackers exploded even before the members appeared on the first day, and the venue was in a dangerous situation! It may be a natural event because 30 young people have been arrested since the ticket sale. The four of them are in good condition, especially Plant’s condition is good, and the MC between songs is clear, and I’m in a good mood to sing Elvis Presley’s “BURNING LOVE”. Jimmy’s solo of “Nobody’s Fault But Mine” and “Since I’ve Been Loving You” on this day is the best. The last is “Trampled Underfoot”, but Bonzo sometimes puts the beat of “Gallows Pole” The place is a must-listen.

On April 7, unfortunately, it seems that all songs could not be recorded on this day. The band’s condition was also good, so it’s left, but it can’t be helped. If you listen to the opening song “The Song Remains the Same”, you’ll understand! It’s got Paige’s amazing guitar stuffed in there with Bonzo’s insane drums. Bad luck continued, as local hockey team the Chicago Blackhawks had to vacate the venue early for a playoff game, so “In My Time Of Dying” and “Trampled Underfoot” were released that day. I lost the set. It seems that Showco, who is in charge of the sound system, worked hard to set up the venue on Saturday.

On April 8th, Showco and others re-installed the disassembled sound system and went to the live, but Jimmy’s physical condition ended in the middle of the live. Is Chicago cursed? After “SICK AGAIN”, Jimmy starts playing “Since I’ve Been Loving You”. The band members couldn’t keep up with what they thought was “Nobody’s Fault But Mine” and had to redo “Nobody’s Fault But Mine”. What happened? Jimmy? Yes, Jimmy had FOOD POISONING, so-called food poisoning. After a lengthy discussion backstage at “Ten Years Gone”, manager Richard Cole announced that the show had been cancelled. Unfortunately, the transfer show did not materialize.

On April 9th, Jimmy was back in good spirits, as if the previous day’s ill health had passed. Moreover, on the fourth and final day, he appeared in the costume of the Nazi SS Stormtrooper! Ladies and gentlemen, that famous photo is from this day. It was influenced by THE NIGHT PORTER “Ai no Arashi” that Richard Cole and I watched many times night after night. I want you to listen to the sound source of this day while imagining the greatness of the stormtrooper that can only be described as “cool!”. There was a change in some setlists, “Trampled Underfoot”, which was located at the end, was moved before “White Summer”. And “Since I’ve Been Loving You” on this day is dedicated to Willie Dixon and his friends, and the hot performance is just like the intense version of “Tea For One”. The last of the four Chicago performances is “Rock and Roll”! Yes, I guess they wanted to end the final day with “Rock and Roll”. That’s why they changed the location of “Trampled Underfoot”. The Chicago performance, which was a series of troubles, was canceled with a wonderful play on the final day!

この日の””Nobody’s Fault But Mine”と”Since I’ve Been Loving You”のジミーのソロは最高ですよ。

The Song Remains the Same”を聴いてもらえれば分かるでしょう! In My Time Of Dying”と”Trampled Underfoot”はこの日セット落ちしたのです。

Since I’ve Been Loving You”をプレイし始めるのである。
