The ultimate fan must-have collection, compiled from the legendary band The La’s Marquee Club Gig, which represents the UK in the 1980s, from the local Liverpool.
Until now, only the audience sound source was on the market as the live sound source of Lars, but a top secret sound board sound source that has never been exposed to the sun has been newly discovered.
This disc 1 contains a complete recording of the live sound source at the Marquee Club just before the release of the 1987 debut single “Way Out”. Although it is an audience sound source, it is definitely the best audience sound source. You can enjoy the wonderful songs of Lee Mayvers. There is no doubt that the connection from the jam to the famous song “Looking Glass” will be lost. The left and right balance is adjusted, unnecessary noise is corrected, and the sound pressure is carefully remastered.
As mentioned above, Disc 2 contains the first ever table-directed superb sound board sound source. The set list is just perfect. A group of famous songs scattered everywhere. I want you to feel the masterpieces that never fade with “There She Goes” and “Timeless Melody” with this sound.
It is the correct and ultimate Marquee performance collection that compiles the Marquee Club performance before the single release and the Marquee Club performance before the album release.

地元リヴァプールから80年代UKを代表する伝説のバンド、ザ・ラーズのマーキークラブギグをコンパイルした、究極のファン必携コレクションが登場。
これまでのラーズのライブ音源はというとオーディエンス音源だけが出回っていたのだが、今まで日の目を浴びることのなかった極秘サウンドボード音源が新発掘したのだ。
本作ディスク1には、87年デビューシングル「ウェイアウト」リリース直前のマーキークラブでのライブ音源を完全収録。オーディエンス音源ではあるものの、間違いなくベストオーディエンス音源である。リー・メイヴァースの素晴らしい歌を堪能出来る。ジャムからの名曲「ルッキンググラス」への繋ぎはトんでしまうこと間違いなし。左右のバランス調整、余計なノイズの修正、音圧も丁寧にリマスタリングを施しています。
ディスク2には前述の通り、史上初の卓直結極上サウンドボード音源を収録。セットリストが正に完璧。随所に散りばめられた名曲群。「ゼアシーゴーズ」「タイムレスメロディ」と色褪せることのない名曲をこの音で感じ取ってほしい。
シングルリリース前のマーキークラブ公演、アルバムリリース前のマーキークラブ公演をコンパイルした正しく究極のマーキー公演集なのである。
