This week , in the simultaneous release of the CD and the press tour of Japan Shibuya first day performance of Jeff Beck , the last day of the Japan tour that lasted about two weeks , Osaka Festival Hall performance sound source of April 16 is , of angry waves it is an appearance at the highest sound quality board. Or the like Osaka performance of Clapton of this year and Paul McCartney last year, I show a great deal of its outstanding ability , is the highest -quality recording board of Jeff by taper time , of West strongest perhaps of purple ( this week is ” LIVE IN record using the same taper also JAPAN 2014 “) . Sound that can be said in the seat in front of the microphone stand – standing position in the fourth column Jeff , it reopened last year , and was recorded as the acoustic properties of the hall with good acoustics most referred Osaka sound will come down from heaven recording is . To a crystal clear sound clear , to treble also caught outstandingly and direct feeling of air venue , from bass just enough . Of course , guitar Jeff to be a protagonist balance of each instrument is also perfect has captured perfect sound fine sound of the hardware system of the drum , bass drum , the base . Is the seat of the front , but can say , therefore, also sounds like a mix of sound output from the PA and live sound of each instrument . Surrounding audience are raised to between songs , but you can enjoy playing without being disturbed by the noisy audience noise so we went to hear the song played . Could Unfortunately, there is no expansion and selection of music only this day and surprise on the last day only , but I ask about how good mood Beck relaxed somewhat in that last day . Play in rolled sharp That said , it can be said mistakes , and unfolded playing close to the best in the Japan Tour last day without almost as a whole enthusiastically much would cut off string in Big Block. ( I wrote that there was no surprise but . Would you say MC Beck himself has said thanks to Japan this tour after the Cause We’ve Ended As Lovers is over and surprise ) from the end tour ” Blue Wind ” , classic songs such as ” the Pump ” was out- I’m sorry , the album will ” Egyptian ” is set into , songs from the forthcoming new album is showing off a lot as a result , the content and direction of the album it is a real thrill of live this time is was able to taste before the launch the . Drummer of this time , Jonathan Shosefu is , of labor – foot number there is only have a contest of many heavyweights of the Jazz world Mike Stern and Pat Metheny , Bill Evans , and David Sanborn , in the past to play like Beck , more technical play is attracts the audience . And that there is a blank from the joint performances with Brian Wilson , that the non-participation of Lizzie Ball violin & vocals previously determined just before coming to Japan , it was a tour of Japan this time expected of content is hard luck , but the quality is very it was that it developed in many places high , a stunning performance , yet I repeat number of times , and that will further enhance the quality , in the first tour ideal exactly . 2 -disc set complete recording with excellent sound as I do not any more , tour final performance area , a live in Osaka is the emergency release determined by the long-awaited CD press .
