ヤン・アッカーマンの貴重なＴＶ映像を収録。1985年9月30日のミュンヘン、アラバマホールでのパフォーマンスをプロショットで収録している。全6曲、約40分の演奏で、基本的にはトリオ編成で、曲によって名ヴォーカリストのカズ・ラックスが参加している。だいたい、このカズ・ラックス自体の映像も珍しいものであり、ヤン・アッカーマン・ファンにとっては嬉しい悲鳴の掘り出し物といえるのではないだろうか。画質は非常に良好で、アナログの質感は残っているものの、とても鮮明でノイズがないキレイなもの。選曲は77年のアルバム『ヤン・アッカーマン(寛ぎの時)』から「Streetwalker」と「Crackers」という、名曲中の名曲がトリオで披露され、84年の『From The Basement』から「All Along The Watchtower」が演奏されている。この「All Along The Watchtower」はボブ・ディランのカヴァーであり、他に「Fool For Your Stockings」はZZトップのカヴァー、「Higher」はスライ＆ファミリー・ストーンのカヴァーと、カズ・ラックスを意識した不思議なセット・リストが興味深い。ドラムのハンス・ウォーターマンとベースのディノ・ワルコットは共にヤンの最新作『From The Basement』に参加しており、実質この時期のパーマネント・メンバーだといえる。フォーカス・ファンというより、ヤン・アッカーマンのソロをこよなく愛する人に大推薦の作品だ。
