So far, this is the only sound board complete recording of the full show at the time of Paul Diano’s enrollment where many copyboards including analog appeared, but this time it was a great improvement in sound quality, hiss noise reduction, left and right reverse Stereo localization has appeared as a decision board recorded normally! 来日公演直後である１９８１年６月２６日のウィスコンシン州ミルウォーキー公演をステレオ・サウンドボード収録した「MAIDEN AMERICA」がグレード・アップして登場！これまでアナログを含め多数のコピー盤が登場したポール・ディアノ在籍時のフル・ショウを唯一サウンドボード完全収録した名盤ですが、今回格段の音質向上は勿論、ヒス・ノイズの軽減、左右逆だったステレオの定位は正常通りに収録した決定盤として登場です！さらにジャケットには南アメリカの一部で間違ってリリースされ、即回収となった貴重なポール・ディアノの生首ジャケを使用しており、既発を既に所有している方も買い直しても損はさせないと言えるファン必携アイテムがプレスＣＤで登場です！
