そんな本作の正体は、海外のコア・マニアが最近になって公開したマスター。このマニアがただ者ではない。近年、超極上マスターを連発し、世界中のマニア間でもケタ違いのクオリティが話題を呼んでいる人物。その異常・異様なクオリティを誇るコレクションの１つなのです。その凄味は、本作のクオリティが物語っている。何しろ、長年にわたって大定番を張ってきた音源だけに、元から超絶なのは分かりきっているのですが、そのサウンドが輪をかけて輝いている。どうやら、このマニアがマスタリングも行っているようで、ド直球ムキ出しのサウンドボード楽音が一層艶やかに、クッキリと描かれている。そのサウンドは軽々しく「オフィシャル級」と呼ぶことさえ憚られるほどの美しさ、そして逞しさを誇っているのです。

このように、本作のブエノス・アイレス公演は、日本公演の直前だった「南米#2」の５公演目にあたります。超大物のロングツアーではありましたが、「南米#2」の前には約１ヶ月半のオフがあり、十分に休養を取った上で再びコンディションを上げてきた。それまでのツアーでこなれたアンサンブルを急速に取り戻したばかりの全力運転がタップリ詰まった美味しいショウなのです。
もう、全曲で怪物ぶりを脳ミソに直接ねじ込んでくれるわけですが、絶好調の名演だらけでもミソが付くのがGUNS N’ ROSES。「Nightrain」と「You Could Be Mine」で、熱狂した南米の観客がステージに物を投げ込んでしまう。もちろん、これに黙っていないのがアクセルで、演奏を止めさせ、通訳を通しながら怒りをぶちまけるのです。ショウ中盤の「Nightrain」では「またやったら俺は帰るからな！」等と１分半ほど文句を言ったところで気を取り直し、続きを演奏。この「やり直しNightrain」が最高。中断前とは明らかにテンションが違い、ムカつきながら叫んでいるのが直結サウンドボードで脳ミソに飛び込んでくるのです。
ここはコレで収まるものの、さらに聞き物なのがドラムソロ明けの「You Could Be Mine」。再びやらかした南米の観客にまたアクセルが怒り、また説教。今度も「You Could Be Mine」をやり直すも、それでも南米人は収まらなかったのか、歌い終わったところでアクセルがブチ切れてステージを去ってしまうのです。シンガーがいなくなったステージではスラッシュのギターソロやブルースジャムで場を繋ぎ、「また、このまま終わってしまうのか」……そんな空気が演奏から漂う。そんな緊迫ともあきらめとも付かない雰囲気を極上ステレオサウンドボードで味わえるのです。
