本作は、そんな“Dutch Philips”のテストプレス盤からダイレクトに起こされたもの。ラジオDJがないことからも単なる放送音源ではないことは明らかですが、さらに雄弁に物語っているのは、そのクオリティ。見目麗しいサウンドは、クリアさもミックスも鮮度もすべてが完璧。まったくもって完全なオフィシャル・クオリティ………と言いますか、世界中のマニアが「公式盤GENESIS LIVE以上」と太鼓判を押すほどのサウンドなのです。実際、公式ボックスセット『LIVE 1973?2007』バージョンも高音質でしたが、ニック・デイヴィスのリミックスにクセがあり、好悪を分けるものでした。しかし、本作は1973年そのままのサウンドであり、しかもアナログ由来の自然な鳴りはGENESISの幻想サウンドにベストマッチしながらも、くぐもった感じがまったくない。そして、本作ではその旨みを損なわないよう細心の注意を払いつつ、原音の輪郭を（あくまで自然に）浮き立たせるように調整。現存するベストサウンドを、さらに究極のレベルに仕上げました。

古くからGENESISでもっとも有名な大定番ですが、本作は16ミリフィルムを使用した“GENESIS MUSIUM”プロダクトの最高クオリティ・バージョンです。大元になった16ミリフィルムはオークションに突如現れたものらしく、それをデジタル化した上で丁寧にトリートメント。色補正されたはもちろんのこと、サウンドもアナログテープのくぐもったこもりが整理され、音の抜けもバツグンなサウンドに蘇っています。画面に映し出される時代感、フィルムの質感は間違いなく70年代のものですが、その鮮やかさは70年代とは信じがたいほど。ステージ衣装の素材の光沢までもが美しく、数年前に登場した際には「究極の逸品」と大騒ぎになったのもうなずけるクオリティです。
