Named Taper Daspyknows’s Schopes MK4 recording Clapton’s Royal Albert Hall 3 consecutive performances. This board is the press board of the performance on May 16th on the final day. According to the comments of Daspyknows, the recording position on this day was in the middle of the 20th row before the floor seat, which is no less inferior to the second day, but it was probably because it was slightly behind the first day, When I carefully examined the sound of, the symptom that the bass was turning was seen. Therefore, our shop relaxed it as much as possible in the range which does not affect the balance of the whole sound. By this mastering, the third day also became the highest quality sound worthy to be released on the press. By the way, what I heard on this last day was “change” different from the first day and the second day. In the acoustic set, Change The World was restored as it was on the first day, replacing Alberta on the previous day (if so, what does the meaning of Alberta on the previous day mean?). Other songs, including the electric Layla, the main set was the same as the second day. Everybody who went to see the Taka with such a change, Encore was intense! At a Clapton concert, one encore is usually common sense. There is also a thing of age, while being tired with the main set, one song is the last thing to meet the demand of the audience. Therefore, the audience also understood Encore as one song after 79 years. However, I played two songs on this day! The song is Prince’s Purple Rain, which is the same as the first day, and the second song is Before You Accuse Me, with Jimmy Vaughan, who also served as the opening act on the previous day. If you say Clapton, you might have thought that the final day was a culmination of the local London performances and let the fans listen to everything. In the report of this day, I was told that I Shot the Sheriff and Holy Mother were the most outstanding play. I understand that the performance of the post-sales influences the evaluation of this song. In I Shot the Sheriff, the phrase structure which gradually makes up while mixing fast-playing is the end. And in the Holy Mother who decides to sing on the guitar so that the vocals singing up and the guitar immerse will be firm, Holy Mother hears a long note play with a crapton-like, gentle but painful chalking. As reported, Clapton’s play on both songs was a worthy level to listen. But what was more impressive was the ending solo that ends the Little Queen of Spades. This sharpness is unique to Clapton. 名テーパーDaspyknowsのSchopes　MK4録音によるクラプトンのロイヤル・アルバート・ホール連続3公演。本盤は最終日、5月16日公演のプレス盤です。Daspyknowsのコメントによると、この日の録音ポジションはフロア席前から20列目のど真ん中という、2日目にも劣らない好ポジションだったそうですが、初日よりやや後方の席だったためか、この日の音をよく検証してみると低音が回っているという症状が見られました。そのため当店はサウンド全体のバランスに影響を及ぼさない範囲でそれを極力緩和致しました。このマスタリングにより、この3日目もプレス盤でリリースするに値するさらなる極上音質となったわけです。さてこの最終日の聴きどころは、また初日、2日目とは異なる「変化」でした。アコースティックセットでは前日のAlbertaに代わり、初日どおりChange The Worldが復活しました（となると、前日のAlbertaにはどんな意味合いがあったのでしょう？）。その他の曲はエレクトリックLaylaを含め、メインセットは2日目と大変わりはありませんでした。観に行った誰もがこのくらいの変化かとタカをくくっていたところ、アンコールが強烈だったのです！クラプトンのコンサートでは、通常アンコールは1曲が常識。年齢のこともあり、メインセットで疲れている中、オーディエンスの要望に応えるには1曲がギリギリということです。従ってオーディエンスの方も79年以降、アンコールは大抵1曲と理解していました。ところがこの日は2曲を演奏したのです！曲は初日と同じプリンスのPurple Rain、そして2曲目は、この日も前日同様オープニングアクトを務めたジミー・ヴォーンを迎えてのBefore You Accuse Me。クラプトンとすれば、最終日を地元ロンドン公演の集大成と考え、ファンにすべてを聴かせたかったのかもしれません。この日のレポートでは、抜きん出て素晴らしいプレイだったのは、I Shot the SheriffとHoly Motherとされていました。なるほど後奏の出来がこの曲の評価を左右するI Shot the Sheriffでは、速弾きも交えながら徐々に盛り上げていくフレーズ構成がさすがです。そしてしっとりと歌い上げるボーカルと心に染み入るようにギターに歌い上げさせる後奏のソロが決め手のHoly Motherでは、クラプトンらしい、優しくも切ないチョーキングでのロングノートプレイが聴かれます。レポートどおり、両曲でのクラプトンのプレイは聴く価値のあるレベルでした。しかしもっと凄かったのは、Little Queen of Spadesを締めくくるエンディングのソロ。この切れ味はクラプトンならでは。そしてアンコールのPurple Rainでのソロ。初日よりもさらに素晴らしかったこのソロを聴くと、もう叶わないのですが、クラプトンにはプリンス存命中のコンサートに飛入りしてもらい、この曲で共演してほしかったなとつくづく思います。どんなに素晴らしい共演が実現したことでしょうか。そんな思いにも囚われる秀逸なパフォーマンスが最後まで展開されたのがこの最終日でした。名テーパーDaspyknowsによるロイヤル・アルバート・ホール連続3公演の極上音源。この最終日もプレス盤リリースに相応しい進化形「極上」サウンドです。3作同時にプレス盤でのリリースを敢行致します。初回プレスでの限定リリースとなりますので、どうぞお早めのオーダーをお願い致します。
