今週、当店は逸早く「エリック・クラプトン・ジャパンツアー2016」初日の極上プレスタイトル「Budokan 2016 1st Night」をリリースします。引き続き当店は今、このツアーの他日の極上音源の入手を進め、さらなるプレスタイトルのリリースを準備している最中です。そして先週、当コーナーに登場させたジャパンツアー初日と2日目のギフトアイテムも大好評をいただき、多くのお客様からのご指名をいただきました。エリック・クラプトンは既にイギリスに帰っていますが、ここ日本ではこれからクラプトンが残した素晴らしいパフォーマンスの確認と追体験が行なわれることと思われます。そこで当店は、初日と2日目のギフトアイテムのマスターを提供してくれた録音者からさらに3日目、4日目、最終日のマスターを入手致しました！そして今週、それらを惜しげもなくギフトアイテムとしてラインナップさせていただきます。これで早くも、しかもギフトで全公演が聴いていただけるわけです！新たに提供された3日間のマスターはすべてアリーナ席での録音で、初日と2日目同様、きれいなサウンドでバランスよく収録されておりました。この2日目に関しては、やや輪郭の緩い音像を当店のエンジニアの手によって芯の通ったサウンドにグレードアップしました。「高音質」と断言できるだけのクオリティを備えていますので、安心してご鑑賞いただけるレベルになっています。今回のツアーでは土曜日に当たっていたため、最も人気が高く、チケットが入手し難かったこの日ですが、その期待に応えるようにクラプトンは本ツアーでも屈指の名演を残してくれました。前回の2014年ツアーではオーディエンスを一際盛り上げたI Shot The Sheriffの後奏ですが、本ツアーでは初日、2日目と、まずまずの出来ながら突き抜けるようなソロが聴かれないままに終わっていました（もちろん他曲では彼らしいプレイも聴かれましたが）。それがこの日は遂にこの曲で「本ツアーナンバーワン」と評価できるプレイが披露されたのです。ステージ全般も高評価を得た日ですので、まずは本盤で彼の素晴らしいプレイをご鑑賞いただければと思います。数に限りがございますので、お早めのご指定をお願い致します。
