This work, the 1978 Japan tour became Bowie second time of the Japan tour is certain public broadcasting stations is a television broadcast video of matches. VHS is known from the era as a large standard, or would not be broadcast once if Bowie fan is that you have to eye. However, this work is not just air check the video, which was using the press CD + DVD of ultra-determination album “TOKYO 1978 (Wardour-176),” press DVD edited by the same master of that bestowed the currently very popular. Newly renovated “TOKYO 1978 (Wardour-176)”, which has been newly re-raised from the master cassette, this work had continued to protect the seat of the large classic to its appearance version. There is in the video had already been upgraded, but also includes bonus footage of only this work,’s the one that still unabated worth.
First “TOKYO 1978 (Wardour-176)” for those who do not know, let’s talk from the weirdness of the master (you already have, please skip lightly until the part of the bonus the video). The broadcast there was in 1978 at that time, said that had already video deck appeared, was very Although not age and are popular still in general. TV broadcasting is in the time it was obvious that it can not be seen twice, this also broadcast nationwide fans stared at the preparedness of Forrest Gump as well as the production stage. In this era, that was recorded in the state-of-the-art business for the deck at that time, this master. Ya some enthusiastic Bowie fans know the broadcasting, at the time armed with a video tape was expensive, we seem to beg the recording to where there is work for the deck rely acquaintances. To only have been caused from such a master, as the quality of this work is hard to believe that the roughly 70’s. The image quality of depth, smoothness of the pixel is overwhelming, far from noise and there is no bleeding, disturbance or afterimage does not occur at all in quick action. Of course, stunning camera work of the broadcast itself, excellent sound quality is also perfect, fascinated me the figure of Bowie was realized in Japan in 1978 to scrupulosity. Solemn atmosphere starting from the installation, the stage was surrounded by a fluorescent lamp, and, playing force of the backing band, which was called the “successive strongest lineup.” That all is portrayed over a period of one hour with vigorous admired quality as “there is no point aimed of the complaint,” “No more will not” from the magazine. Exactly, I gem in the gem.

As also I wrote earlier, is currently in the newly refurbished board that was upgrading the quality of so much in the re-digitized from the master “TOKYO 1978 (Wardour-176)” appeared. However, there in that not seen, this work only of the bonus video. The studio live in the “Saturday Night Live” in 1979, it has recorded three songs. This is commercial TV stations, but also in Japan broadcast, fiercely era sense of smell masterpiece video also a little awkward subtitles or program narration. Of course, the past best tremendous high-quality version. Although it is only three songs, but Bowie is dressed in a completely different concept costume one song, brilliant even eccentric performance of humor and Klaus Nomi lust in the synthesis of the doll. And entertainment spirit and sense of humor Bowie himself explosion, the contents of one to be found at the beginning, three songs shocked to quality as mania person. This also, I shocking a treasure picture in the sense that unlike the main part of the NHK Hall performances.
Main press 2CD “BLACKOUT” is the name board to tell now the whole picture of that has reached up to the realm of legend “1978 Japan final performance” to 100 percent this raw realistic. However, only in the live of the site “Legend” is not complete. Told, reportedly, precisely because many of the feelings overlap, it can be a “legend”. And, the “1978 Japan final performance” in the played its role, but this professional shot. Of course, those who experienced the site, even if not present there, some people staring at the cathode-ray tube, also were some people not recruited feelings in its outstanding title. Not only out reflects the scene that spread to the other side of the high-quality sound of the main press 2CD “BLACKOUT” vividly, one that was filling the feelings of many years of Bowie fan. By all means, please enjoy plenty together.
