The tour accompanying the album “Ziggy Stardust” started from 1972 and became a long-standing gait for 2 years since the next 1973. Meanwhile, there was a change in the set list, as well as stage costumes and directing became more spectacular, the stage and the stage changed completely from the beginning to the end. In other words, Ziggy in 1973 can be said to be the culmination of the Bowie of this era. Since the last day of this tour is July 3, 1973, May 3, when this work was recorded, is quite late.

From the Bowie ‘s Ziggy Stardust Tour this work includes 29 stories Hallyy performances in northern England on May 29, 1973. It is a masterpiece in which the charm of the sparkling shining stage is demonstrated to its fullest with the performance which is very affordable because it is the last stage of the tour. From the opening “Hang On To Yourself” it seems that the venue is already boiling. Especially wonderful is Mick Lonson’s coolest guitar. It is still showing off as fast as possible to say that fingers move freely. And this time the Bowie is peculiar is that it shows not only such a guitar style but also various expressions on the stage. Following the early stage of Mick Lonson’s big success, “Watch That Man”, Bowie sings “Wild Eyed Boy From Freecloud” backing the piano. It is a beautiful performance as if the heat which soared so far is cooled down. And, as it is, it plays with “All The Young Dudes” and “Oh You Pretty Things” medley. It can be said that this extreme musicality comparison clearly expresses the diversity of Bowie.

And the middle highlight of the stage is “Moonage Daydream”. From the intro like Toujyuu, I will instantly introduce the audience to ‘that world’. A flood of guitar sound that can cover the Bowie vocal desperately singing. The latter guitar solo is a perfect impro, one of the listening places of the concert where different melodies are spun every time. Although there is a part which is clogged with a phrase on this day, a gorgeous solo with elongation is a masterpiece expressing the world view of the song spectacularly.

Bowie has announced the album “Aladdin Sain” during this tour. Jiggy Stardust and Aladdin Seine, the same system but different from the different albums, the songs chosen from the albums live together without discomfort is the feature of the 1973 Tour. This work has recorded the Hallyy performance with high sound quality on May 29, 1973, at the end of the Ziggy Stardust Tour. Shiny and shabby, attack and rise, sorrow and dusk. I would like you to enjoy the world of bowie that develops dramatically between short stages. Permanent preservation of a beautiful picture / disk specification A tightly pressed press.

ミックロンソン大活躍の序盤、「Watch That Man」に続いて、ボウイはピアノをバックに「Wild Eyed Boy From Freecloud」を歌う。 そしてそのまま「All The Young Dudes」、そして「Oh You Pretty Things」とメドレーで演奏するのである。
