An item with a meaningful title, “To Alice, with the heart of Spain from the Romantic Warrior”. However, there is nothing for Chick Corea fans, and it is a title that makes a point at a glance by looking at the set list. An image album “THE MAD HATTER” with a rare concept among Chick Corea’s many albums, Return to Forever’s masterpiece “ROMANTIC WARRIOR”, and Chick’s trademark Spain. “MY SPANISH HEART”. Each of these three albums has a large suite. “DEAR ALICE”, “DUEL OF THE JESTER AND THE TYRANT” and “SPANISH FANTASY” are must-listen. A masterpiece that can be said to be enough to decorate the highlights of the live with any one. There are three of them. Have you ever had a live album with so much content? Moreover, high-quality stereo sound board recording. There is no complaint. If you like jazz fusion, this is definitely a must-have. Needless to say if you are a tic fan. By the way, there is controversy among fans about the members of the day, whether Steve Gadd or Tom Breckline, Joe Farrell or Dave Liebman, Eddie Gomez or Rick Rayard (Mahavishnu Orchestra). Currently (early October 2021), it has not been confirmed. Please listen to them separately. In any case, Chick Corea died in February 2021 and Rick Rayard also died. I pray for your souls with respect for the wonderful performances they left behind.

『アリスへ、浪漫の騎士よりスペインの心を込めて』と、何やら意味深なタイトルが冠されたアイテム。しかしチック・コリアのファンには何の事は無く、セットリストを見れば一目瞭然合点のいくタイトルです。チック・コリアの数あるアルバムの中でも稀なコンセプトを持ったイメージ・アルバム『THE MAD HATTER』、リターン・トゥ・フォーエヴァーの名作『ROMANTIC WARRIOR』、そしてチックのトレード・マークであるスペインへの思いの詰まった『MY SPANISH HEART』。これら三つのアルバムからそれぞれ組曲的大曲が披露されているのです。『DEAR ALICE』『DUEL OF THE JESTER AND THE TYRANT』そして『SPANISH FANTASY』、これらは必聴です。どれか一つあればライヴのハイライトを飾るに十分と言える名演。それが三発あるのです。かつて、ここまで内容の詰まったライヴアルバムがあったでしょうか。しかも高音質なステレオ・サウンドボード収録。文句の付け所がありません。ジャズ・フュージョン系が好きな方なら間違いなく必携です。チック・ファンなら言わずもがな。因みにこの日のメンバーについてはファンの間で論争となっており、スティーヴ・ガッドかトム・ブレックラインか、ジョー・ファレルかデイヴ・リーブマンか、エディ・ゴメスかリック・レイアード（マハヴィシュヌ・オーケストラ）か、現在（2021年10月初旬）確証には至っていません。ぜひ聴き分けてみてください。いずれにせよ2021年2月にチック・コリアは亡くなり、リック・レイアードも逝ってしまいました。彼らの残した素晴らしい演奏への敬意と共に、ご冥福をお祈りします。
