Headless, the highest jazz collector’s label, has reissued the precious titles of handmade labels for collectors, which were distributed only in a small part, from the official master who took over. Hawk is here. A rare title is re-appearing at an affordable price with a reissue emblem and a newly refurbished back jacket.
It is a live sound source of the male can of German rock. Although it is recorded by the audience, it is recorded quite well. Through experimentation, exploration, and twists and turns, Michael Karoli, Irmin Schmidt, and Jaki Liebezeit have taken root around Holger Czukay, the brain of Kang, and have a sense of stability as a rock band despite their originality. It’s a 1975 live show. It is also a recommended time to get started with Kang. It’s a pity that I can’t hear Damo Suzuki’s Japanese accent “Vitamin Sea”, but it’s played on an instrument. Also, the danceable number “Dizzy Dizzy” is a must-listen.

ジャーマン・ロックの雄カンのライヴ音源です。オーディエンス収録ながらかなり良く録れています。実験し模索し紆余曲折してきた中で、カンの頭脳であるホルガー・シューカイを軸にミヒャエル・カローリ、イルミン・シュミット、ヤキ・リーベツァイトが定着し、オリジナリティがありながらもロック・バンドとして安定感のある1975年のライヴです。カン入門としてもお勧めの時期。ダモ鈴木の日本語訛りの「ビタミン・シー」が聴けないのは残念ですが、インストで演奏されています。また、ダンサブルなナンバー『ディジー・ディジー』も必聴。
