The latest visit to Japan for the first time in six years by Bryan Adams, who has been acclaimed in various places. An original recording series that allows you to fully experience the Japan tour that has just ended.
The other day’s breaking news album “SENDAI 2023 (Uxbridge 1857)” has been very well received, but this week, three titles will be released simultaneously so that you can enjoy all the performances after that. This work is a superb audience recording of the second “March 7, 2023: Nippon Budokan” performance. After all, it’s a one-shot release, so let’s organize each title according to the schedule so as not to get confused.

・March 4 “SENDAI 2023”
・ March 6 “OSAKA 2023”
・ March 7: Nippon Budokan ← This work
・March 8 “NAGOYA 2023”

[Name recording of beautiful radiance until ringing] A total of 4 performances. The highlight was Nippon Budokan. After all, he has visited Japan 16 times in 41 years since his first visit to Japan in 1982, and the most frequent venue is Nippon Budokan. This is the 26th performance at Live at Budokan this time, and it is a reserved seat for Adams.
The sound of this work, which is a vacuum-packed version of such a full show, is full of special feelings. If “SENDAI 2023” on the first day is a power sound, and “OSAKA 2023 (Uxbridge 1859)” on the second day is a tight sound, this work is a sparkling bright sound. Although it is not as close as the above two works only in the large venue, it is not a drawback but a beauty. The core that penetrates the atmosphere is vivid like a laser beam, and the dynamism and brilliance that rises slightly from there increases. Especially Adams’ vocals. The singing voice that stretches comfortably in the octagonal space exudes a sense of soaring elation because of the sound of the hall.
Of course, it doesn’t make sense if the sound makes it blurry and boa boa, but there’s no need to worry about that in this work. The atmosphere is crystal clear, and the nuances contained in it are super clear, not just for each word of the lyrics. The successive masterpieces are inhabited by the glittering beauty. In general, audience recordings are thin and tend to be called sound board-like name recordings, but this work is beautiful because it has a sound. It’s a beauty sound that’s the ultimate in “beauty because it’s an audience”.

[Highlight performance with the largest number of songs] A full show with the largest number of songs that seems to be a highlight performance is depicted with such a brilliant sound. The Japan tour has already ended, but this time the set was changed for all performances. Here, let’s organize them by dividing them into “fixed songs” and “daily songs”.

Fixed songs (21 songs)
・RECKLESS: Somebody/Heaven/It’s Only Love/Kids Wanna Rock/Summer Of ’69/Run To You
・SO HAPPY IT HURTS: Kick Ass/I’ve Been Looking For You/So Happy It Hurts
・Others (80’s/90’s) Cuts Like A Knife/Straight From The Heart/Can’t Stop This Thing We Started/(Everything I Do) I Do It For You/The Only Thing That Looks Good On Me Is You/ 18 Til I Die/Back To You/When You’re Gone
・Others (after 2000s) Here I Am/Go Down Rockin’/You Belong To Me/Shine A Light
● Daily songs (7 songs)
・80s: This Time (★)/Take Me Back (★)/One Night Love Affair/Into the Fire (★)
・90s: All for Love/When You Love Someone/Let’s Make a Night to Remember(★)
*Note: “★” marks are limited songs only for the Nippon Budokan performance.

… and it looks like this. In the four performances this time, there was a considerable volume difference between 23 and 28 songs depending on the day, but the largest number was the Nippon Budokan of this work. Although “Hearts on Fire” was omitted, it covers other semi-standard songs, and also shows four limited songs only for this day.
“OSAKA 2023”, released at the same time, had a sound board-like tight sound, but this work is a brilliant and beautiful recording. If “OSAKA 2023” is a “masterpiece” that is popular with everyone, this work is a “masterpiece” that stands at the top with the number of songs and beauty. Osaka and Budokan, which reached the top with completely different personalities. Which one do you choose?

★ Superb audience recording of “March 7, 2023: Nippon Budokan” performance. An original recording handed over from the recording artist himself, with a sparkling bright sound. The core that penetrates the atmosphere is vivid like a laser beam, and the dynamism and brilliance that rises slightly from there increases. In particular, Adams’ singing voice has a lot of uplifting feeling that stretches comfortably because it has a ringing sound. The brilliant sound and the set that boasts the largest number of songs are overwhelming masterpieces coming to Japan in 2023.

Here I Am/Go Down Rockin’/You Belong To Me/Shine A Light
This Time(★)/Take Me Back(★)/One Night Love Affair/Into the Fire(★)
All for Love/When You Love Someone/Let’s Make a Night to Remember(★)
