6月から9月上旬にかけて、60公演以上が組まれ、盛り上がる夏の「Heaven On Earth Summer Tour」。本盤は13公演目にあたる、6月23日のカナダはトロント公演を、極上レベルの高音質オーディエンス録音で1時間46分に渡って完全収録したもの。本来ならハリウッド、アレンに続いてこれもプレスCDリリースしても全く問題ないレベルの最高音質。2曲目のSmokin’ の40秒付近で若干の音揺れがあること、続くFeelin’ Satisfied 40秒付近から手拍子が若干ラウドに聴こえるという失点があるため、今回はプレス化は見送られてしまいましたが、この録音、本当に音が良いです！！特に音に焦点があってからの音質・音像は見事なもので、次のLast Day Of School～Life, Love & Hope は「これは凄い」と思えるほどのサウンドでラストまで収録されています。この付近からマイクが良い感じで楽音を捉えたようで、爽快感溢れるスケールの大きなグルーブ感に満ち溢れた最高のサウンドで、ショウを大いに楽しむことができます。ハリウッド、アレンの録音に比べ、ステージから適度な距離感がある分、音の抜けが非常に良好で、そこにこれまた適度な臨場感が加わり、オーディエンス録音好きにはマジで堪らない、理想の音世界を再現してくれます。この日は、Cool The Enginesのエンドにカナダ国歌「O Canada」の演奏が聞けたりもしますが、ボストンのコンサートはライヴ・アレンジのセットがほぼ固定されているため、後は音の好き好きということになりますが、この録音は本当にで良いです。こんなに聴き応えのあるサウンドというのも滅多になく、本当にボストンの音楽に「ベスト・マッチ」した最良の実況録音盤と断言致します。勿論、更にオンな近い音を求めるならプレスの「ハリウッド」「アレン(テキサス）」なわけですが、私はこの録音が大好きです！！勿論、Cool The Enginesの2分台の手拍子を聴いたら「プレスは無理だ―」と思ってしまいますが、だからこそ、本盤は、10月の来日に向けて最良のギフト・タイトルとなることでしょう。これは本当に素晴らしい。大推薦の1枚です。
