Eight months after the legendary “SUPER ROCK ’84”, BON JOVI in the “7800 ° Fahrenheit” era has already returned to Japan. Introducing a new excavation live album where you can experience the full show before the breakthrough of fate.
The performance of “April 25, 1985: Osaka Welfare Pension Hall” is engraved in this work. It is the transcendental audience recording. The performance in Japan during the “7800 ° Fahrenheit” era is too memorial for us and valuable worldwide. Not only has the official video reprinted as “TOKYO ROAD” at our shop, but we have also archived it on numerous live albums. First, let’s look back at the schedule at that time and organize the collection.

・ April 20 “TIME AND PLACE (Nakano)”
・ April 21: Nakano Sunplaza
・ April 24: Nagoya Civic Assembly Hall
・ April 25: Osaka Welfare Pension Hall ← ★ This work ★
・ April 28: Shibuya Public Hall ← * Official video
・ April 29: Shibuya Public Hall
・ April 30 “ALWAYS RUN TO YOU”
・ May 2: Hokkaido Welfare Pension Hall

Above, all 8 performances. There is no Budokan and no stadium. It was a tour unique to 1985, all of which was a hall class while traveling around the country. Most of them were in Tokyo, but the Osaka performance of this work was the fourth concert in between.
This work recorded at such a show was ………………………………………………………… shocking. The record of Osaka has been known for a long time, but it is a completely different recording. Say, forget all the records so far. The horizon on which this work stands is not the “best of the day”. Being obsessed with the suspicion of “Is it really an audience?”, I am full of thoughts of “Isn’t it the strongest in the entire history of BON JOVI?” The zero-distance feeling of the on-core and the details that are too fine are just like a “sound board”. I mean, even if I listen to the genuine official video “TOKYO ROAD” one by one, I’m not defeated. It’s a superb sound of a ridiculous dimension.
I think that it was the “Goddess’s freaky power” that achieved such quality, but the recording artist’s ability is also great. After all, it is the taper that is said to be a legend in the history of recording in Japan that made this work a thing. He left a lot of historical super-name recordings such as Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Mick Jagger, Stones Paul McCartney, etc. mainly in the 1980s, and recently McAULEY SCHENKER GROUP’s “BUDOKAN 1988 2ND NIGHT (Zodiac 516) ) ”And Cyndi Lauper’s“ BUDOKAN 1986 2ND NIGHT (Zion-213) ”are also famous recorders. It is understandable that this alone is superb, but this work is a masterpiece of a different dimension, which is the highest level in such a legendary collection.
It is a treasure trove of the initial repertoire that can no longer be hoped for to be drawn with such a “completely official-class audience” sound. As mentioned above, the official video “TOKYO ROAD” is a symbol of your arrival in Japan in 1985, so let’s organize it while comparing it.

● Bon Jovi at Dawn (7 songs)
・ Roulette (★) / Breakout / She Don’t Know Me / Shot Through The Heart / Runaway / Burning For Love / Get Ready
● 7800 ° Fahren Height (6 songs)
・ Tokyo Road / Only Lonely / Silent Night / The Hardest Part Is The Night / In And Out Of Love / King Of The Mountain (★)
● Other covers (1 song)
・ Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)
* Note: The “★” mark is a song that could not be heard even in the official video “TOKYO ROAD: LIVE IN JAPAN ’85”.

…… And it looks like this. A style in which “Bon Jovi” and “7800 ° Fahren Height” are concentrated and reduced, and a shale cover “Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)” is interwoven there. It is an album like the best compilation album that condenses “Before SLIPPERY WHEN WET” into one concert and explodes with stage tension.
There are many bands that leave a masterpiece live album at the turning point of their career, but if BON JOVI summarized the initial career on the live board … It is a two-disc set that makes such a delusion exactly as it is. Categorizing “official / unofficial” and “soundboard / audience” is convenient, but not absolute. The “music and sound” that you can actually hear is the absolute value. In that sense, it is no exaggeration to say that this work is equal to or better than “Bon Jovi” and “7800 ° Fahrenheit”. It is a blissful full live album left only in Japan. Enjoy it anytime, forever with the press 2CD that shines and never loses.

★ Recording of a transcendental audience for the performance of “April 25, 1985: Osaka Welfare Pension Hall”. The sound digitized from the legendary master’s original master is a sample of “like a sound board”, and it is awesome that you can listen to the genuine official video “TOKYO ROAD” one by one alternately. You can enjoy “Roulette” and “King Of The Mountain” that you can’t listen to in “TOKYO ROAD”, which is a complete recording of the full show that concentrated and reduced the initial two pieces with that sound. It is an absolute masterpiece that can be said to be equal to or better than “Bon Jovi” and “7800 ° Fahrenheit”.

★ Miraculous ultra-high sound quality. First appearance! !! !!

・4月20日『TIME AND PLACE(中野)』
・4月30日『ALWAYS RUN TO YOU(渋公)』

Roulette(★)/Breakout/She Don’t Know Me/Shot Through The Heart/Runaway/Burning For Love/Get Ready
Tokyo Road/Only Lonely/Silent Night/The Hardest Part Is The Night/In And Out Of Love/King Of The Mountain(★)
Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)
