From the “MOB RULES” tour, the Philadelphia Spectrum performance on December 4, 1981, which is the beginning of the tour, will be released in 92 minutes with all songs recorded. It has long been known among collectors that there is an incompletely recorded version of the performance titled “He’s Smiling”, but this is the first complete performance of the performance, including the lost “Iron Man”. It’s a version, and it’s an item that even hard collectors can’t miss. The clear recording is so clear that you can’t think it was recorded 30 years ago, and the well-balanced balance centered on Ronnie’s vocals is excellent, so you can enjoy the live performance of this time without stress. The collector’s sound source appeared on December 3rd, which is the live of the previous day, but the sound quality is clear and stable, which is incomparable to them. In the official “LIVE EVIL”, Ronnie’s vocals, which seemed a little too smooth depending on the song, are still sharp during this 1981 tour, and it seems to be raging in the opening “Neon Knights” and the following “NIB”. It will overwhelm the listener by showing off the vocals of the demon. However, in “Children Of The Sea”, I listened to mellow and delicate songs, and I think it’s time to feel the umami even during the tour. Even after the formation of DIO, Ronnie attracted a lot of godly live performances that would be the epoch making of the band in this Philadelphia spectrum, but even in the SABBATH era, “Ronnie singing in the spectrum” still has a special awesomeness. The more you listen, the more you will feel the mysterious compatibility between Ronnie and this venue. Of course, Ronnie isn’t the only one struggling, and the two original members of Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler are also showing their full potential. In “Children Of The Sea” mentioned above, Iommi’s solo and Geezer’s bassline that supports it can be enjoyed wonderfully, and the unusual heavy riff and undulating bass of the following “Country Girl” is also in the early SABBATH. It creates a doomy atmosphere that leads to it. The tour from 1981 to 1982 with the release of “MOB RULES” has official live works such as “LIVE EVIL” and “LIVE AT HAMMERSMITH ODEON”, and recently many collector’s items have appeared. Although the environment of the sound source is improving, the sound source of the 1981 American tour is still few, and this work is a must-listen for fans. From beginners to enthusiasts, a very satisfying title is now available as a gift title.
