[Collector’s Point] The original stereo sound source of Decca Audition is recorded in the stereo masters of CD1. Recently, a remixed sound source as a stereo version has been released and became a hot topic on the Internet, but it was a stereo mix in which the songs and performances of the 1960s were divided into left and right. The stereo mix that debuted this time is an updated, truly real stereo version of the sound source that has been decomposed into multi-tracks and the performance is separated to the left and right with center vocals. The original stereo sound source with further increased sound image spread and resolution. Is recorded. You can clearly see the difference when listening with headphones with a unique multi-track mix that is different from the stereo mixes released in some parts. [コレクターズ・ポイント] ＣＤ１のステレオ・マスターズにはデッカ・オーディションのオリジナル・ステレオ音源を収録。最近ステレオ・バージョンとしてリミックスされた音源が出回りネット上でも話題となりましたが６０年代の様な歌と演奏が左右に分かれただけのステレオ・ミックスでした。今回初登場のステレオ・ミックスはマルチトラックに分解されセンター・ボーカルで演奏が左右に分離したアップデイトな正にリアル・ステレオ・バージョンといえる音源で音像の広がりや解像度が一段と増したオリジナル・ステレオ音源を収録。一部で公開されているステレオ・ミックスとも異なる独自のマルチトラック・ミックスでヘッドフォンで聴くとその違いは明瞭に判ります。コレクターの間ではオリジナル・マスターの証しと言われた「マネー」のイントロの音ヨレも今回あえて修復されています。ＣＤ２のモノラル・マスターズにはその音ヨレを含めオリジナル通りのモノ音源を収録。またステレオでは実際の演奏順とされる曲順収録ですがモノではあえてアナログ世代には馴染み深いオークションに出された１０曲入りのオープンリールの曲順で収録されています。またトニー・シェリダン音源は昔から数多くの編集盤がありますがビートルズの演奏と関係ないものを除いて様々なバージョン違いをすべて収録。アナログ起こしのＵＳバージョン等を除いてこれまで出回ってきたバージョン違い、ミックス違いをステレオ・モノでまとめられておりこれさえあれば他はいらない内容となってます。マニアックな音源研究に限らずＣＤ１がステレオ・マスターズ、ＣＤ２がモノ・マスターズとして分かりやすくまとめて収録された公式デビュー前の初期ビートルズの音源集大成といえるコレクターズ・エディションです。
