In 2008, from the Japan tour accompanying the third album “The Best Damn Thing”, September 14th, the second day of the Yoyogi performance is recorded with high sound quality and complete recording. Includes Avril’s ear monitor source. Only Avril’s vocals stand out in the overall sound image, and the backing performance sounds like it’s withdrawn, but it’s a title that fans can’t stand. Since you can listen to the naked vocals realistically, it can be said that Avril sings with accurate pitch and timing from beginning to end, and you can understand the ability of singing performance. At the beginning of each song, there is also maniac fun, such as being able to hear the real voice count that can only be heard by the musicians on stage and not being heard in PA out. If you listen to it with the expectation that it will sound like a sound board, you may get a bit of a headache, but it has a crisp texture that is common in wireless interception, but there is no noise problem, and even beginners can fully enjoy it. I am. The cheers are less, but the chorus of the venue can be heard faintly. Above all, Avril’s vocals are thick and firmly on, so the overall effect is also wonderful, and it is very valuable as a record, it is not an exaggeration but it can be made into a press CD as it is, exactly the first I can assure you that it is a class title.

★ This is a review summary of beatleg magazine vol.101 (December 2009 issue). For your reference.

Avril Lavigne has recently returned to Japan, which fans have been waiting for. This work recorded a performance at the Yoyogi National Stadium Daiichi Gymnasium on September 14th. The familiar Girlfriend starts after a long noisy intro after the supporting act SILVERSTEI performance. At the beginning of I Can Do Better, it is typical that the venue is very lively with Japanese words such as “Genki? Tokyo”. I’m With You, with its refreshing raw guitar tone, is a ballad that reveals her gentle side everywhere. As you can see from the chorus by the audience here, most of the fans are pretty young women. The following I Always Get What I Want is exhilarating with a sense of drive like pop punk. Listening to Hot, Losing Grip, etc. makes me think that I have grown a little from the traditional idol-like singing voice and have come to feel the charm of an adult. On the other hand, I can’t help but feel her extraordinary charm for her innocence in singing lively and bright songs such as The Best Damn Thing and I Don’t Have To Try. TRK18’s Girlfriend (Remix) is a remix version with even more beats and rap-style vocals. This kind of song is perfect for live performances. In Too Deep, her husband, SUM41’s Deryck Whibley, will appear, and SUM41’s familiar songs will be shown. As you can see from the sound, Avril’s vocals are generally more on than backing, so it looks like a line recording with almost everything recorded from her main mic (or a few more). This can be seen from the voice that seems to be a microphone check at the beginning.

★ After coming to Japan in 2008, the phantom title, which was released for a very limited time and was sold out immediately, is back in stock for the first time in 13 years. Intercept recording of Avril’s vocal mic. It’s a great piece.

I Can Do Better冒頭では「ゲンキ? I Always Get What I Wantはまるでポップなパンクのようにドライヴ感に溢れていて爽快そのもの。
