1988年、日本公演一か月前に行われた「The Seventh One」に伴うヨーロッパ・ツアーより、3月16日のイタリア・フィレンツェ公演を、現地テレビ放送マスターより、高画質プロショット映像にて約47分収録。テレビ放送テイクゆえ、6曲のみのダイジェスト的内容でライブの全貌を再現するものではありませんが、ジョセフ・ウィリアムスをフィーチャーした2作目「The Seventh One」リリース期のライブ映像は非常に珍しく、限られているため、これだけの長さで、1988年ツアーの映像を見れるのは、ファンには堪らないものがあるでしょう。冒頭3曲には新作からのナンバーStop Loving You、Stay Away、Pamelaが聴けます。画面は暗めですが、画質は良好で、ダビング痕を感じさせない十分なクオリティをもったお薦め映像です。加えて、収録されている音声が非常に良質なので、音だけでも十分に楽しめるほどです。曲間ではジョセフのイタリア語のMCも聴けます。今回、再発される1988年東京公演テイクも最高ですが、やはり絵で見るTOTOライブ映像は最高で、CDと合わせて楽しむことで、より深く1988年TOTOライブの魅力を堪能することができます。パンチの効いたジェフのドラムもクリアーに録音されており最高の時が堪能できます！オリジナル・メニュー付の大推薦盤が嬉しいギフトDVDRで登場です。
