★BBCに出演を果たしたばかりの4人は5月に入り、短期間ながらスカンジナヴィアと欧州ツアーを行う。バンドは先の「Rock Pop」としてドイツにて1回のみコンサートを行っていたが、UK、日本に続き、欧州初お披露目。ムーアにしてみれば、79年THIN LIZZYツアー以来のステージとなっている。そのツアーの初日となった5月18日スウェーデンはストックホルム、19日のデンマークはコペンハーゲン、そして84年ツアーから、3月16日のデンマークはコペンハーゲンがそれぞれに完全収録された豪華6枚組の音源が本タイトルである。全てオーディエンス録音。臨場感は抜群である。ディスク１＆２のストックホルム公演は「Draken」というシアターでギグが行われているが、ここは劇場というよりもクラブといった様相で、デッドな音響が特にペイスのドラムに有効に働いており、らしいドライブ感に貫かれている。4人編成へと変化をしてのBBC出演、またはその後２ヵ月のブランクを置いてのツアー初日であるが、バンドとしての演奏に不備は存在せず、オープニングから盤石とも言うべき強力さに溢れ、改めて彼等が内包する潜在能力の高さに圧倒されることだろう。ムーア自身がボーカルを担っているため、よりスポンテニアスなアドリブが自在となっており、Rockin’ Every Nightではオーディエンスとのコール＆レスポンスに対応するなど、臨機に応変したステージングに変化しているのは興味深い。「BBC TREASURES」のレビューでは、「ヴォーカル兼任のギタリスト」という指摘を行ったが、ムーアがヴォーカルに集中している最中、メロディバック等ではペイス等が凄まじいフィルインを発生させ、その隙間を十二分に埋めていく等という好結果が発生している事実も見逃せない。ディスク３＆４はコペンハーゲン公演。ここではオープニングからオーディエンスの大歓声に送られ、バンドはEnd Of The World よりいきなるトップギア。120％というパフォーマンスを繰り広げている。ともかくEnd Of The World ～ Wishing Well におけるムーアのプレイの凄まじさ、アドレナリンが沸騰したような Rockin’ Every Nightなど、プレイアビリティの熱さは前日以上である。それらをクールダウンするためではなかろうが、この日はシングルカットされたバラードAlways Gonna Love Youがセットイン。キーボードアレンジに変化が生じたテイクとなっているが、このユニットとしてタイトな演奏にまとめられている。ディスク５＆６は翌1984年3月16日コペンハーゲン公演。中規模なホールのような残響音で、ステージの臨場感としては抜群である。このスカンジナヴィア＆ヨーロッパ・ツアーは日程が詰まっており、この日も4連続公演の最終日として、ムーアの喉にも負担があったものと想像するが、やはりカ―タ―のサポートが十分であるため、パフォーマンスの低下に繋がっていないのはプロフェッショナルとしてのなせる技であろう。そうした余裕はムーアのギタープレイに十二分に反映され、オープニングのRockin’ Every Nightから全開で、またセット内での入れ替えがあったShapes Of Things、Murder In The Skiesでは普段以上にインプロヴァイズされたプレイを聴くことが出来る。とにかく、この時期として「弾き倒していた」ムーアだが、例えばShapes Of Thingsの間奏などでは「マシンガン」を炸裂させながらも抒情性をも組み込んだ素晴らしいメロディを披露しており、その才能には底知れぬ可能性を見出すことが出来るだろう。
