Rick Wakeman, 1972 Bill Buraffodo was enrolled from “Fragile” US tour, complete recording across the Winter land the first day of performances March 10 days to about 1 hour and 30 minutes with a high-quality audience recording. Has been recorded in a complete master direct to more than 10 years ago its outstanding panel that was released in, it has been recorded in the last the longest, highest sound quality, including the beginning Bill Graham of the intro. The sound quality is very clear, to the splendor of percussive music and sound image full of sense of separation good of the sense of groove in the first song of the Roundabout, the fan will be to become involuntarily listened. Compared to the direct feeling of musical sound, but somewhat vocal is soft, there is no perfect overall balance sound pressure. Guitar, keyboard, bass are also firmly caught, among others, Rick seems synth, mellotron, vivid performance full of color sense of Hammond, and, play a lot of trouble of building to lead the whole in a unique drumming in the best sound you can enjoy. Musical Instruments team, one of just a snappy the strength of the vocal part this time unique, at the subscriber of Rick, at once the best of the sample of the time that was the pinnacle, very talented as a symphonic rock band of the world’s best you can enjoy in a sound. In the quiet part, but you hear hiss was a natural analog tape, good, sound pressure of the freshness of the sound to convince the master direct the masterpiece, enjoy a performance that survived of the fat in a clear sound image does not feel any of such Kuitari large a piece of recommendation. Not only a band song, Howe of acoustic solo, Rick initial type keyboard solo is also (and Rick introduces the resident keyboard player and John.) Recorded in high-quality sound while the motif of “Henry VIII”, piano , synth staple of the melody or previous solo configuration is established after also is very fresh, it can also have carefully and Kikiiru goodness of the sound. Dense sound up to this point, not to sound crack is the moment to feel and recording of truly. Bill and Rick of early type of charm large explosion of Long Distance Runaround, up to 12 minutes that can be plenty of enjoy the innovative performance of the building of Chris The Fish is a big must-listen track. When it comes to this side, it sounds more than the first half have increased the direct sense of loud, in the best sound level of about cracking sound on the verge, you can enjoy this fascinating play plenty. Also listen to drum solo of the building in the second half Perpetual Change. Yours Is No Disgrace, which band is enthusiastic performance of 13 minutes which became united can enjoy even complete recording to the last. This day undercard wild turkey, birds in Black Sabbath, innovative performance of each band of emerging British bands or would not have had considerable impact at the time of the American audience. Content and quality and historical value, all of the perfect score, Jesus live recordings of the representative of the this year. The all obstacles and waste must-have large must listen board! !

★ is a review summary of beatleg magazine vol.119 (issue June 2010). In case you’re wondering.

Jesus eagerly-awaited sound source has been excavated. From the band America tour of the career work with Hissage the “fragile”, San Francisco of the March 10, 1972, 2-Disc was recorded Winter land performances. Although the same day of the sound source, it is that the CD in the past has been released, this time is a full version that has been recorded from the MC by Bill Graham of the event organizers. In this Winter land has been played with Black Sabbath and Wild Turkey for two days of March 10 days and 11 days, it has been recorded playing of the first day. Listen far from is and that there is than anything Bill Buraffodo is the last tour that participated, but the fact that Rick Wakeman is the first tour that participated. Although it is the time of the previous still to record a “crisis”, the performance of the band is already that you have reached the climax can be seen immediately. If the original “yessongs”, although he was supposed to be composed of a sound source that has been recorded in this US tour, for completion of the next work “crisis” was too high, recording from the sound source from the subsequent tour a story that was gone is going to be waged is playing full of tension as unfortunate. From the perspective of more than anything in the current play “at double speed” is great to continue to expand in about early tempo sounds like’re playing. Even more than the abundance of labor Bill Buraffodo, colorful sound of the cavalcade of Rick Wakeman, until further leading to the guitar of judgment, such as the razor of Steve Howe, just play like literally hold one’s breath is endlessly Continue. Furthermore, as one of the factors leading to this work to the excitement, there is that it is recorded in stereo quality of the incredible thing is the audience while recording 40 years ago of the recording. It oboshiki sound and was recorded on reel-to-reel deck because this of at the time, has been firmly recording from the high-frequency to low frequency, in order to further the sound of musical instruments, also said that the mass of the energy emitted from each of the members have been caught with certainty , who is also able to know exactly what you are doing, this will be a great harvest for the fans. Undeniably Jesus neither is a masterpiece that becomes the evidence that it was a live band of the world’s best at this point.
