Two types of audience recording takes recording the Winterland performance on November 6, 1969 are recorded on two discs each. The recently released version mainly uses the “Source 2” take used in this version, and fills in the missing parts such as the intro and What Is And What Should Never Be with “Source 1”. However, this edition directly records the master quality version of the two sources as it is. Source 1 isn’t as good as Source 2 with high sound quality, but it’s recorded with good enough sound for this era, and even with the finest cut points, it’s still a must-have take for collectors. .. You can enjoy live performances with many listening places such as Good Times Bad Times / Communication Breakdown, which was performed only for a short period of time, and C’Mon Everybody and Something Else, which are encores, with good sound. Furthermore, the excellent take that seems to be the closest to the master among the existing takes of the same venue performance on November 7 is recorded. As a whole, it is recorded with a sufficiently good sound quality with excellent separation feeling, but there are some places such as Dazed And Confused and How Many More Times where the problem of curly tape occurs frequently. On this day, Bach’s Bouree will appear on Heartbreaker’s solo, and Jimmy will misunderstand the composition (3:11) on the following Dazed And Confused, and you can hear the band getting confused with a lively sound. Babe I’m Gonna Leave You has not been confirmed to perform after this performance. The sound with a deep and clear texture is wonderful for all three takes, and it is a set that can be fully enjoyed by beginners to enthusiasts regardless of the take. What Is And What Should Never Beなど、欠落部分を「Source 1」で補填するという形が取られていますが、本盤はその2つのソースのマスター・クオリティ版をそのままダイレクトに収録しています。
