1972年3月のマンチェスター公演を収録。以前から広く流通している音源ではあるが、本盤に使用された音源はマスターに近く、既存のものと比較して音質の向上は著しい。この当時のオーディエンス録音としては最高級のグレードであろう。本公演はPAトラブルによって「Dark Side Of The Moon」の演奏を途中で打ち切らざるを得なくなった、72年1月20日のブライトン公演の振り替え公演と言う位置付けにある。スケジュールの関係上、日本公演直後にその日程が組まれたことで、演奏内容は日本公演の延長線上にある。従って、日本公演に準じ、かつクオリティの高い演奏を聴きたい方には、これ以上相応しいタイトルは無いだろう。ファクトリープレスによる限定盤で、コーティングされたジャケットも大変美しい。必携盤。
