クイーン２度目の来日公演より、１９７６年３月２９日大阪厚生年金会館公演を、高音質で完全収録したタイトルが入荷しました。この日は１日２回公演が行なわれており、本作に収録はファースト・ショウ、昼の部を収録しています。オープニングの「レディ～ス・アン・ジェントルメン！」というアナウンスから、最後の「女王陛下万歳」まで、40年前とは思えない超高音質で完全収録。

ちょうど日本で人気が沸騰していた時期の来日公演とあって、その熱狂ぶりは歴代のライヴの中でも白眉。日本での人気の高さを本人たちも自覚しており、期待を裏切らない熱演に加え、随所に日本語のMCを挿入するというサービスぶり。東日本大震災の際に発した「クイーンと日本のファンは特別な絆で繋がっている」というブライアンの言葉は、単なるお愛想ではなく、まさに、この時代から育まれてきた長年の信頼関係の下でのものであったというのが如実に伝わってきます。
