クローズド・サーキット本番は3月9日のコンサートが選ばれ、その時のプロ・ショット映像＋サウンドボード音源のセットが同レーベルより『BE IN MY DREAM TONIGHT』としてリリースされている。本作は、この本番のカメラ・リハとして撮影されたひとつ前の公演、3月7日のコンサートをプロショットで完全収録したものである。3月9日本番の映像は「LET IT BE」の途中までしか残されていないが、画質も良く、また前述のタイトルでは音源のみながらオーディエンス録音で補完してコンサートの全貌を視聴することができる。

その本番に比べ、この3月7日のカメラ・リハは、残念ながら流出の過程でかなりダビ ングが繰り返され、画質の良いものがなかった。本作も比較的従来のものより画質は優れているものの、それでもクオリティは本番3月9日には及ばない。しかし「ポー ル・マッカートニーの初来日公演をプロショットで完全収録」、という価値には絶大なものがあり、当時を思い返して胸が熱くなる方も多いのではないだろうか。本作に収録のものが、唯一残されたプロ・ショット映像のコンサート完全収録映像であることを考慮すると、画質の良し悪しを越えた価値と魅力がある。

この映像を見ると、今まで音源のみでしか伺い知ることの出来なかったステージの詳細がわかり、当時の追体験として最適の内容。ステージに登場し、５弦ベースを器用に操り始まるオープニング、ヘイミッシュとロビーがブレイク部分でポールにひざまずく「WE GOT MARRIED」、何より48歳のポールの若々しさと、リンダとの息のあったステージング、「LIVE AND LET DIE」の炸裂するマグネシウム、客席に映る20年前の日本人(特にファッションや女性の化粧に時代を感じる)、そしてポールとリンダの二人が同じキーボードに座って迎えるフィナーレ「GOLDEN SLUMBERS」、ドラムソロの間にポールがキーボードから飛び降りてギターを受け取っていたんだということも、映像ならではの発見である。
