その貴重な音源をロー・ジェネレーション・マスターとして知られる、EZ TORRENTから2005年に配信リリースされたマスターに、デジタル・リマスタリングを施したアップ・デイト盤となっており、まずメンバー紹介に続いて、いきなりあのイントロで「Layla」からスタート。
ここでは2人のギターもしっかり聴き分けることができるクオリティーで、そしてその後も数ヶ月に及ぶツアーで楽曲の構成やバンド・アンサンブルもかなり息の合った時期であり、2曲目「Got To Get Better In A Little While」以降はこの時期の黄金のパターンとなるもの。
そして押さえ気味のイントロ・リフから、一気にスパークし、ゆったりと流れるように次々とフレーズを紡ぎ出すクラプトンのプレイは、充実感溢れるもので、デュアンとの絡みもめいっぱいブルージーな雰囲気で、特に「Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad」でも、切ないヴォーカルに続いて魂が咽び泣くようなギター・ソロあたりも必聴。
なお、この5日後の12月6日が、クラプトンがデレク＆ザ・ドミノスとしての最後のステージとなっており、まさに終焉に向けての貴重なライブであり、デュアンとの唯一のフル・プレイだけにファンは必携。
