ディスク1に収録のミラノ公演の昼の部、ファーストショウはアナログ時代から「Street Fighting Men In Milan」というタイトルがリリースされており、残念ながらその元となったテープソースは発掘されておらず、既発CDもすべてアナログから起こされた音源が使用されていました。本作も同様にミント状態のアナログから丁寧に起こし直し、ピッチ調整を加え、その後スクラッチノイズをひとつひとつ丁寧に除去と、時間と手間をかけて、現代の評価に耐えうる音に復元しています。もちろん元の音源を越えることは理論上ありえませんが、現在考え得る最良の状態で収録しています。

ディスク２は初登場となる夜の部、セカンドショウを収録しています。音質は昼の部より良く、また昼の部の音源には未収録だった「Let It Rock」も収録。何より、昼夜で異なる演奏をするストーンズを聴き比べるのも一興といえるでしょう。

DVDディスクは、このミラノ公演の映像を収録しています。サイレント8mmで撮影された映像で、その性質上、音は不完全ながら演奏形態やミックの口の動きから曲を推測し、音源を同期させています。鮮やかなカラー映像で、しかも画質も良く、貴重な若き日のストーンズの雄姿を堪能できます。
