そうした絶妙なプレイをマニアに知らしめてくれたのが、この日のモノラル・サウンドボード録音。前日と同じように、流出した映像のビデオ音声が元になっているのですが、それまでに出回っていたアールズ・コート最終日のオーディエンス録音とはまったく別次元の音質は世界中のマニアを歓喜させたもの。「やはり最終日は別格のショーだった…」という強烈な印象を与えることに成功したのです。ZEPマニアの間でアメリカ・ツアーとまったく違ったグルーブ感が魅力のアールズ・コート・ショーはとても人気があったのですが、中でも最終日の素晴らしさをマニアの間で揺るぎないものとしたのがこの日のサウンドボード録音でした。

もちろん従来のアイテムと同様この日も欠損箇所などは変わらず、中でも25日におけるもっとも大きな欠損であった「No Quarter」終盤から「Tangerine」が丸ごと欠けてしまった点は変わりません。しかも「Tangerine」が音質の劣る別音源だけでは補えず、終盤がオーディエンス録音でアジャストされている点も同様（終盤の映像は前日の「Going To California」同様に残されていない可能性があります）。よってマニアからすると物足りない部分があって当然かと思われますが、このステレオ感をたたえた音像は非常に楽しめます。栄光に満ち溢れたアールズ・コート五日間の最後を締めくくった名演かつ名音源が、マニアの手によって生まれ変わりました！
