この音源が収録された1987年当時は、EMERSON, LAKE & POWELLがキース・エマーソンとグレッグ・レイクの衝突で空中分解した直後。コージーはフリーランスの状態で、レイ・フェンウィックとのFORCEFIELDや、CINDERELLAの「LONG COLD WINTER」など、主にプロジェクトやセッションへと活動の場を求めていました。
このサンネ・ソロモンセンとのセッションもそのひとつ。サンネが当時製作中だったアルバム「NO ANGEL」では、EMERSON, LAKE & POWELLでもプロデューサーだったトニー・タヴァナーが関与しており、コージーはその縁で協力したものと思われます（ニール・マーレイは恐らくコージーの紹介で参加したのでしょう）。
多種多様なコージーのセッション活動でも、女性ポップ・シンガーとのセッションは極めて異色。職人らしく相手のカラーに合わせつつも、コージーやニールらしさが自然とにじむ楽音は、ファンにとって非常に興味深いでしょう。

本作ではコージー所有のテープから、リハーサル・テイクを６曲分、オフィシャル級のステレオ・サウンドボード録音で収録。このテープが出現しなければ誰もが知る事は無かったであろう、奇跡的な30分間を堪能できます。

サンネの音楽は本来ポップスに分類されるのでしょうが、ここで聴けるサウンドはほとんどハードロック。硬質なビートで全体を引っ張るコージーのプレイは１曲目の「Good For You」から躍動感に溢れています。盟友ニール・マーレイと共に織り成すリズムはもちろん、リフやバッキング、ソロまで鋭いエッジを響かせるギター、そしてロックン・ソウルな歌声を聴かせるサンネの歌声も素晴らしい。優れた音質と楽曲の完成度も相まって、サンネの楽曲を知らない人ですらすんなりと聴き込めるでしょう。
“コージー・テープス”のベスト「BEST OF THE TAPES」にもセレクトされた「Come Dance With Me」は白眉のテイクです。サンネのファンキーでパワフルな歌声、サウンドをタイトに引き締めるコージーのプレイは、楽曲を大変魅力的にしています。
サンネは「It’s Over (For Your Love)」や「Bogus Town」でも良く通るソウルフルなヴォーカルを聴かせており、聴き手は思わず耳を惹き付けられるはず（サンネが「Bogus Town」の演奏後につぶやく「Very Nice」の一言は最高です）。
ラスト２曲はどちらも未発表のまま終わった幻のナンバー。「Out Of Darkness」のストレートなポップ・ロックのメロディ、バラード「Baby Doll」は’80年代後半のムードや空気すら漂わせます。
