1995年、再結成したRITCHIE BLACKMORE’S RAINBOWの日本公演から、最終日の11月23日、2005年に閉鎖された東京ベイNKホールでのステージを音と映像で収録したCD-R+DVD-Rセット。まず、音源のほうは、ステージから若干離れたスタンド席あたりで録音されたような良好な音質のオーディエンス録音で収録。この日のオープニングは、前日の横浜でのステージ同様、「Too Late For Tears」で、見方によってはリッチーが、それまでのセット・リストに飽きたのか、或いはツアーの疲れから手抜きとなったのかは不明だが、セット全体を見る限り手抜き説も濃厚と言えるかも知れない。それでも終盤の「Hall Of The Mountain King」「Burn」からアンコールにかけては、最終日ということもあり、リッチーのプレイも素晴らしいし、最後にプレイされるのがNAZARETHの「Love Hurts」というのも、ある意味、リッチーらしいと言わざるをえないだろう。
映像については、ステージ向かって、やや右あたりのスタンド席からのオーディエンス・ショットで、画質はコピーを経ているせいか少し劣化しているが音質は良好で、リッチーを中心というか、リッチーのみを撮影しているかのような映像と言えるので、リッチー・ファンにとっては文句のつけようもない。やはり、映像で見ることが出来るのは非常に価値あるものだろう。
今後、よほどのことがないかぎり、リッチーがRAINBOWを再始動することは考えられないので、この日が日本におけるRAINBOWの最後のステージになるだろうから、ファンは必聴・必見のアイテムだ。
